This is a new day, a new beginning, I will make a card that will surpass legends... eventually.
Hi! The name is Fredrick, Fredrick Cyberse. An orphan from a rich family with no love to my name and only stories to tell, it is why I narrate each day like this in hopes a story picks up my own!
Anyways where were we, ah yes card-making, everybody can do it, and you, my new friends, are going to see my journey in learning how to make cards in the academy.
So we will continue our talk after I get ready for the day.
"Looking great as usual," I always bring out my greatest confidence in my mornings, helps with the slight tragic face I have... a fire doesn't do great for your complexion, but having new mechanical parts helps you look cool.
So, cards what are they? Well the books I have read tell me that they are the universe's way of showing off its amazing power! We, the ones who create the cards, get to do so because we are that awesome and some other mystical mumbo jumbo. School teaches us how to concentrate on making cards and how to infuse the universe into it as well.
Now that we are at school, it wasn't that far, we can learn the cards requirements!
"Cards require a name, a concept if you will, to first close the scope to a certain well of power to create its cost and description. If you add conditions to that card it gains power and more description, but that is a little more advanced, so let us talk about cost. Cost is how to activate the card, most cards require mana, the universe's power, to use because it is the most abundant source in our world.
"Different costs would require the description to change as well, a description is what the card does and how it does it. Take for example the card, Enlightening Demonstration--

"This card has rarity of common because it is easy to make and is used by the common people the most, as you can see for the cost it requires mana cards, a type of card that stores mana."
Wow that lesson had a lot of information, at least my cool mechanical eye has the ability to record information! Our homework for today was to copy some information from the crafting books in preparation for tomorrows lesson. Anyways back to my room to start looking through my database to see if I already have this book recorded.
If this is the start of my story though, I would appreciate words of encouragement!
