Pavak: The Rise of Thunder

Pavak while leaving the team headquarters made and funded by dhruv, was thinking about his step mother, he said to himself that he will go meet her tonight. He left for his home

Pavak was on his way home when an elderly sadhu, radiating wisdom and calm, crossed his path. The sadhu, with eyes that seemed to peer into the depths of Pavak’s soul, introduced himself as a Yogi. He told Pavak that his journey was far from complete and that his past held truths he needed to rediscover. Confused but drawn to the sadhu’s words, Pavak agreed to accompany him.

The Yogi led Pavak deep into the sacred forests to a hidden temple. Inside, the atmosphere was thick with mysticism, the air humming with ancient energy. The Yogi performed a ritual, and as he chanted mantras, a swirling screen of light appeared in the air before them. The screen began showing Pavak visions of another time, another life. Memories he had forgotten came rushing back, revealing fragments of his identity as Pratab, the rightful heir of Akash Garh.

Overwhelmed with emotion, Pavak relieved moments from his past—his mother’s warm embrace, his father’s proud smile, and the joyous laughter that once filled their home. The memories ignited a fierce determination within him to reclaim his rightful place.

“Now, you must return to your kingdom,” the Yogi instructed, sensing Pavak’s resolve. “But you won’t find it until you step into the portal.” With a wave of his hand, the Yogi opened a shimmering portal that glowed with the light of distant stars.

“Go, my son,” the Yogi urged, “and remember that love is your greatest strength.” As Pavak stepped into the portal, he felt a rush of energy envelop him, and in an instant, the Yogi vanished, leaving behind only the whisper of ancient mantras in the air.

Pavak emerged on the other side, finding himself in his kingdom, a magnificent realm floating in space, cloaked in mystery and brilliance. He breathed in the familiar scent of home and felt a wave of nostalgia wash over him. As he walked forward, he was greeted by the sight of his mother, her face lighting up with joy as she rushed toward him.

“Pratab!” she exclaimed, enveloping him in a warm embrace. Tears of happiness filled her eyes. “I knew you would return! We miss you every day!”

Pavak felt a sense of belonging wash over him. He had been away for so long, but at this moment, he was home. His mother pulled back, her hands cradling his face, studying him as if to memorise every detail. “You’ve grown into a strong man. I knew you would find your way back to us.”

“Mother,” Pavak began, the curiosity bubbling within him. “Why do we live on this asteroid? Why can’t we go to Earth and stay there?”

His mother sighed, her expression growing serious. “When we received the gift from Lord Shiva, Kalyug had just begun. In this age, no one can be immortal, and those who are must not let others realise they live among them. We are not immortal, but we possess strength and longevity beyond the norm.”

She paused, her eyes reflecting both pride and sorrow. “However, this gift became a curse, too. Our kingdom, Akash Garh, was launched into space, and Samudhra Shree, our sister kingdom, was buried beneath the ground. When our alias king,Vikramaditya, died, his son Prateek ascended the throne. Prateek, blessed with many gifts from the gods due to his devout prayers, possessed a powerful white skin-tight armour capable of killing with a single blow.”

Pavak listened intently, realising the weight of their family’s history.

“Prateek’s ambition grew as he fell in love with an angel revered as the goddess of knowledge, Saraswati Devi. Desiring to marry her, he waged war to conquer Swarg Lok. His army, led by his general, Dark Wolf, became a formidable force, drawing the attention of the Trimurti.”

His mother’s voice quivered with emotion. “Lord Vishnu created a warrior destined to defeat Prateek. This warrior was gifted with the same armour and wielded a Trishul infused with a water stone, enhancing its power. The battle raged, and the warrior emerged victorious, but Saraswati Devi cursed everyone in Samudhra Shree to age quickly, although they would not die.”

The narrative has been illicitly obtained; should you discover it on Amazon, report the violation.

She continued, “The warrior thrust his Trishul into the ground, allowing his armour to dissolve into it. This act submerged our kingdom in water, leaving us hidden from the world. The Trishul was enchanted, promising that only a worthy ruler could wield its power. And that ruler would restore Samudhra shree’s glory.”

Pavak felt a mix of pride and sadness at the tale, understanding the burden of their heritage and the destiny that awaited him.

After sharing this rich history, Jai, Pavak’s brother, approached with a look of regret on his face. “I’m so sorry for everything, Pratab,” he said, his voice heavy with guilt. “I was wrong to kick you out of the kingdom. I’ve learned so much during your absence, and I’m a different person now. I hope you can forgive me.”

Pavak’s heart softened. “We all make mistakes, Jai. What matters is that you’re here now. I’m proud of the man you’ve become.”

As they settled in, Pavak shared stories of his journey, recounting the trials he faced and the truths he uncovered. His family listened intently, their hearts swelling with pride at his bravery. Laughter echoed through the halls as they reminisced about old times, the bond between them stronger than ever.

With a newfound sense of purpose, Pavak and Jai organised a grand celebration to honour their reunion, inviting their extended family and friends to join in the festivities. However, as the party began to take shape, an uneasy feeling settled in Pavak’s heart.

Here’s a continuation of the story that includes the fight scene between Pavak and Ranveer, the aftermath of the confrontation, and the entrance of the mysterious figure with matter manipulation powers. The chapter will end on a cliffhanger, setting up for the next instalment.

The tension in the air was palpable as Pavak and Ranveer faced off on the balcony. Pavak summoned his fire powers, flames dancing around him in a protective barrier, but he kept his stance defensive, hoping to avoid escalating the confrontation further.

Ranveer, consumed by jealousy and rage, lunged at Pavak, fists crackling with electricity. “You think you can hide behind your powers? I’ll show you what true strength looks like!” he shouted, swinging a fist imbued with lightning toward Pavak.

Pavak sidestepped, deflecting the blow with a wall of fire that surged upward. The impact created a blinding flash, illuminating the surroundings. He could feel the heat from his flames, yet he resisted the urge to attack. “Ranveer, stop! We can’t do this!”

But Ranveer was relentless, his eyes wild with fury. He struck again and again, each punch fueled by his anger. Lightning surged with each blow, slamming into Pavak’s defences and forcing him back.

“Why are you holding back? Fight me like a real brother!” Ranveer taunted, a cruel smirk on his face as he unleashed another powerful punch.

Pavak staggered under the relentless assault, trying to maintain his composure. “I don’t want to hurt you! This isn’t the way!” he pleaded, but his words fell on deaf ears.

As the battle raged, Jai burst into the palace, sensing the chaos outside. “Everyone, stay inside! I need to make sure everyone is safe!” he shouted, his heart racing as he rushed through the halls, fear gripping him for his brother and family.

Meanwhile, on the balcony, the fight reached its peak. Ranveer’s reckless aggression overwhelmed Pavak, who struggled to keep his footing against the storm of punches and electrical bursts.

“Why can’t you just accept that you’ll never be better than me?” Ranveer shouted, driving his fist into Pavak’s gut, knocking the wind out of him.

Pavak gasped, stumbling back. The fire that had once surrounded him flickered, weakening under Ranveer's relentless assault. He tried to recover, but with one final, thunderous punch, Ranveer sent Pavak crashing to the ground.

“Now, it’s time for you to know your place!” Ranveer declared triumphantly as he stood over Pavak’s defeated form.

With Pavak incapacitated, Jai returned to the balcony just in time to see Ranveer channelling his power. “Ranveer, stop! You don’t know what you’re doing!” he shouted, but it was too late. Ranveer had already summoned his electric energy, and in a flash, Jai and Pavak were bound by lightning chains, imprisoned under Ranveer’s control.

“You’ll regret this!” Pavak shouted weakly, anger flaring within him despite the pain. “You think power will make you a king?”

Ranveer laughed, his expression shifting to one of arrogance. “Power is all that matters, brother! And now, this kingdom is mine!”

Days passed, and the kingdom fell into disarray under Ranveer's careless rule. His penchant for gambling and drinking left the once-prosperous Akash Garh in ruins, and whispers of discontent spread among the people.

Then, one day, a figure appeared at the gates of the palace. He wore a dark cloak, and his presence was imposing. The green-tinted ring on his finger glowed ominously as he approached.

“Ranveer,” the stranger spoke, his voice heavy and resonant, “I seek the ring you possess. Hand it over, and I will leave you alone.”

Ranveer scoffed, his arrogance undeterred. “And why would I do that? This ring grants me power beyond your imagination!”

Without warning, the stranger raised his arm, and a wave of energy rippled through the air. In an instant, he used his matter manipulation powers to snatch the ring from Ranveer’s finger, leaving the stepbrother stunned.

“Hey! You can’t just take that!” Ranveer shouted, furious as he lunged at the stranger, electricity sparking around him. But the man was calm, effortlessly dodging Ranveer’s attack.

In a swift motion, the stranger retaliated, unleashing a powerful wave of energy that struck Ranveer down. “You were warned,” he said coldly, as Ranveer fell lifeless to the ground.

The stranger turned to his disciples, commanding them, “Clean this kingdom up.. and eliminate everyone”

As they moved to carry out his orders, the stranger paused, sensing something else. He felt two more rings' energy resonating nearby.

A smirk formed on his lips as he prepared to leave. “To be continued…”
