  I continued to read 'Cultivating for a hundred lifetimes to ascension'. I am currently on chapter 96. I'm not a fan of the main focus at the moment.

  Basically, the MC is focusing on finding a permanent location for his family. At this point in the story, there used to be like 50,000 mortals in his family.

  They had initially gained a token for a spiritual vein. These are crucial for cultivation families. But the downside to these tokens is that they are 'rented'.

  So after a century or more, they will have to abandon their land.

  This has already happened with the first spiritual vein. He got a very precious land on the second attempt.

  I'm sort of waiting for the next life at this point. Not to say the last few chapters have been bad. I just prefer when the focus is on the MC and not other characters.

  I don't think the MC will be able to reach golden core in this life. I really want to see how his family will evolve in a few centuries. When the MC dies. He doesn't immediately go through rebirth as a descendent.

  It happens centuries later.
