Hey!

  So, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 has absolutely destroyed my life schedule. I'll be posting 2 chapters on Sunday, hoping for 2-3k words total.

  With that little announcement out of the way, I want to explain this book series a little.

  A personal project of mine for years, I started this with a friend. Well, it's better to call it a gradual hostile takeover of my friend's world (sorry Ajax, had to be done). This is an extreme slow-burner, please don't get your hopes up with this chapter that the "action is starting"

  No, Raph has a bum leg for a while. Very little action is happening.

  Starless Void is meant to be the complete life of Raph, and eventually branch out into the complete lives of several people around him. As you could probably guess, this is a world with magic bullshittery.

  This world incorporates three main things: Strength, Magic and Soul/prana (as some have come to call it). Our good buddy Raph here has no idea about any of this. Saretta is all he knows, and all he will know for a while (don't worry, an adventure is coming in book 2 so you won't get bored of me researching the vines hundreds of times).

  On top of this we have A Hundred Gods, a power system and the shape of the planet: a cube.

  The world's a cube, which means he lives in one side of this cube. I won't go into spoilers on what's on the other sides, but that is going to eventually be a point of interest.

  Going back to magic (I did not and am not planning this letter in the slightest), magic is physics based. I won't go into spoilers, but it works off a particle I came up with and a few misunderstandings I used to have about how quarks work. Hope science brains will enjoy theories and explanations on that.

  Also, this world is currently in a DND campaign of mine that I made before I mustered the courage to publish. They're disconnected, but you'll find the characters acting like themselves in these books (one even becomes an antagonist a few books down the line). The people in the comments are my players that believe they're hilarious. They have my permission to be public nuisances, but they are weak to bribes so please don't try to offer them a few pennies for spoilers. Treat it like a zoo, haha.
