To be presented on a stage as a play or opera. That is the pinnacle achievement the people of Socralis have amassed. Their invention of the ‘Pure Discussion’ has brought many from far off places to visit them, just for a chance to see the two sides of the same coin; for hours. I myself have visited, not out of curiosity for the Pure Discussion. No, I was invited along by a group of ‘philosophical thinkers’, they refused to call themselves philosophers. I did not inquire about their reason. The group was well known to the public in both good and lesser standings. I made my case clear to anyone watching us travers the streets that I was not conspiring together with the thinkers, rather I was a guest who found it rude to turn down an invitation to see their splendid city.
The thinkers had apparently heard of my documentations from my travels and wished to be given the spotlight on one of my works. I told them plainly that I write of what seems of importance to me and my home. Not just about a lesser group of cityfolk. Though admittedly, I was astounded that the people of Socralis had gotten their hands on one of my works. It had been my understanding prior that the Government of The Neighboring Country was keen on censorship of media and thoughts from the surrounding nations. If the status quo is shifting, then I must ponder further on which of my experiences and thoughts I share with you, my dear readers.

To return to my experiences in Socralis. During my time strolling through the city, I had noticed the odd architecture of certain buildings, mainly hospitals, fire departments and the like. There seemed to be golden pipes protruding from the outer walls and into the ground. At first I believed that they were simply for aesthetic purposes, but decided against it once I noticed the patterns of buildings possessing these features. I tried asking about why on earth someone would use pure gold to build pipes. However I never amassed much of an answer.
