As I wake from my sleep, feeling exhausted from doing overtime, I stretch out my arms and legs. Breathing in and out, I get ready for the day. Brushing my teeth, taking a shower, eating toast and having my coffee, you know the main essentials. Heading out the door after saying goodbye to my Mom’s photo frame. Oh yeah, side note!! My mom left because of mental issues. My dad left with my sister and left me behind and she couldn’t handle being alone. I still hope she’s okay after her. . . mishap. I headed into my car and drove down to the office. Office name: GpoCorp. They have the highest pay in town. They are also very strict about their drinks and supply when making profit. I work strictly on the marketing part of it. We have a shitty boss named, SOFIA LAUREN.
Besides any gossip to be spread there, it’s not a bad place to work, it's just the people. As said, people gossip, spread rumors and cause loads of drama. No matter if it’s part of revenge, relationships or to begin a -ship of any kind. I park in my dedicated spot, opening and closing the car door and locking it while heading to the main plaza of the company. I look through my phone for any reminders, emails or news in general for today (basic company work stuff). Till my bestie of the job, Emily comes around.

“Hope this message finds you well. We have now welcomed a new leader to our department in Marketing. They will introduce themselves accordingly at our board meeting for the recent statistics and improvements to the company and us in general. Reminder: Meeting is at 2:00pm today.
