The Strongest Man

Tendou found himself warped into a strange realm after a distortion within the space-time continuum caused by Yaguruma's transformation into Another Kabuto. It seems that his alternate timeline self has brought him here via the power of the Hyper Zecter, but this is not Tokyo.

He gnced around, to see that he is sitting down on a passenger seat of a train. Sitting across from him is a blue haired girl, in a white colored uniform, and curiously, a halo floating above her head.

'Could this be...?' Tendou asked in his thoughts as he continued to watch over the girl across from him.

Softly, the girl begins to speak albeit in a mencholic tone.

"It was all my fault." Her voice echoed.

'Angels can indeed make mistakes... but what did she do?'

The fog that covered the train dissipates, revealing a ruined cityscape, smoke rising from the streets and building as a result of whatever chaos that occured here, which reminded Tendou of Shibuya. Years after the 1999 meteorite that decimated the city and spawned the alien Worms, the streets of Shibuya, ruined for years has become a pce of chaos. An image then flickered, whereupon Tendou sees the image of a wolf eared woman, also with a halo floating above her head, pulling the slide of the handgun she had on her person, and took aim at a familiar, armored figure.

"My decisions, and their reverberating consequences... It took reaching this point for me to acknowledge your wisdom."

Two gunshots rang, one hiting the visor of the helmet worn by the armored figure, the other went through the damaged visor and killed him.

The images stop, and Tendou finds himself back in the train.

"Forgive my audacity, but I implore your assistance..."

How ironic, for an angel (or who seems to be one) requesting assistance from a human. She wavered as she spoke her next sentences.

"Tendou-Sensei... You'll forget these words, but their significance will endure. What truly matters are the choices we make, transcending mere experiences. There are choices uniquely yours to make, each comes with consequences you must bear."

A brilliant light engulfed Tendou after these next words are spoken from the girl's lips.

"I've come to understand responsibility, and the profound implications of adulthood, obligation, and the choices that transcend them. Sensei, you are the sole confidant I can trust. Only you can liberate us from this twisted fate, forging a path to a new reality. Please, Sensei..."

When Tendou came to, he finds himself sat on his motorcycle, a modified Honda CBR1000RR with a Japanese Rhinoceros Beetle horn on the front, between the headlights. This bike carried him through his journeys as he pyed the role of humanity's savior from the Worm threat, and now here he is, in a whole new world, and a bustling metropolis greets him as he looked up from his bike's dashboard.

Tendou took a gnce at the rearview mirrors, to see that he has regressed to his appearance back in 2006, which is the year where he is at his prime. He then looked back to the view in front of him.

As if Deja Vu hit him, he felt familiar to his surroundings as he drove through the busy streets of this mysterious metropolis, under a vibrant blue sky with giant halos in the horizon. During his drive, he looked to see the citizens of this city, most of the males are robots, or animals walking on two legs although this doesn't strike as odd to Tendou, as he was dragged into fights with the Super Sentai due to Kamen Rider Decade's shenanigans in order to fool the Shocker-Zangyack alliance. One of the Super Sentai rangers he happened to meet is Dekamaster, whose true identity is, shock of all shocks, a humanoid dog. The females on the other hand, most of them are high-schoolers or middle-schoolers with varied uniforms, but all have one thing in common. All of them are wielding firearms and have haloes floating above their heads, which piqued Tendou's interest. He even witnessed a direct gunfight in which the girls were not killed by the gunfire, only slightly hurt.

'Could it be that those haloes...' Tendou thought, but shook it off as he focused back on the trip.

In a few minutes, and thanks to him being on a motorcycle to which he can skip a few traffic jams, Tendou finds himself in front of a HQ building.

  "General Student Council Headquarters"

Nanagami Rin awaited the man that the General Student Council President has mentioned to her in a message prior to her disappearance. The city has plunged into chaos in mere days of her disappearance, and the risk of the Sanctum Tower being breached would spell the end of the city.

After a minute passed, Rin closed her eyes and sighed. When she opened them again, a man appears in her vision. A bck haired man in an everyday saryman outfit consisting of a white shirt, bck suit jacket and scks, and bck dress shoes. Not to mention, he also had the formality to wear a tie as well, to which Rin sighed in relief that the person the president have sent might be a professional adult.

  "Yo." The man greeted.

Or maybe not. The man also momentarily took gnces at her elven ears, and the halo above her head.

However one thing piqued her interest. How did this man enter the Vice President's office without any warnings or reports whatsoever?

"Welcome to the General Student Council Headquarters. My name is Nanagami Rin, vice president of the General Student Council, now acting as president on behalf of the Student Council President. Please take a seat, and how can I help you?"

The man sat down, and handed her an envelope that he took out from his satchel.

"I was told to hand this over to you."

Rin took the envelope, opened it, and examined the contents. One of them is indeed, a recommendation letter from the GSC president, complete with her stamp.

  "Are you... Tendou-Sensei?"

"Indeed, Nanagami-San. My name is Tendou... Souji. One who walks the path of heaven, the one to rule everything." He introduced himself, down to the etymology of his name.

"You really indeed arrived... Judging from this recommendation letter, the president mentioned that you have a military background?"

"It is more of a paramilitary organization, although I joined in unofficially. But that was all in the past." Tendou said begrudgingly, remembering his time back in ZECT, commanding a squad of Shadow-Troopers for a short period of time in order to apprehend three worms that has impersonated an old doctor.

"Very well. According to this letter, by her authority, the Student Council President has chosen you to take on the role of advisor of SCHALE, Tendou-Sensei. It is an extrajudicial club created by the President in the event of her incapacity to manage the city. Your job is to maintain peace in Kivotos using your federal authority. With this role, you can draft students from all academies in Kivotos to join your fight."

"I see. However, was this club's founding even legal, considering the amount of power it potentially have? And I should be doing my role as advisor effectively immediately, I presume?"

  "Yes."

Tendou gave Rin a small smile, as his given name's etymology might as well come true in this world. However, he needed to know more about the schools of this city, and get to know the students and leadership in each school better in order to serve as their Sensei.

Rin then expined the situation to Tendou. The city has fallen into anarchy with the disappearance of the GSC president, and what made things worse, is the Sanctum Tower's shutdown. The Sanctum Tower controls all power and essentials in this city, and Tendou is the only person that has the authority to restore it to full functionality, the authority itself given by the president herself. Rin then told Tendou to transfer control of the tower to the GSC so they can fix the city.

With all that is said and done, the two went to the gss elevator and descended down to the ground floor. On the way, Rin welcomed Tendou to the sights of Kivotos, this mysterious metropolis. It was a massive, ultramodern city with modern Japanese architecture, dominated by a colossal floating tower in the center, crowned by a gigantic halo in the sky. However, the beauty of the city was suddenly marred by multiple explosions in the distance.

The elevator reaches the ground, and before Rin and Tendou can even make two steps out of the elevator, four students barged into the building.

One is a blue haired girl armed with two SIG MPXs. Next to her is a brunette with elven ears simir to Rin's, carrying a medic's bag which also housed her firearm, a Mauser C96 handgun. The third one who wields an Enfield bolt-action rifle, however is the most distinct thanks to her huge bck wings on her back, and a massive bust. The final one is a white haired girl armed with a white colored SIG MCX Virtus.

The only reason Tendou knew of firearms to begin with, is that he was raised to be good in almost everything by his grandmother. Shooting guns is one of those skills that he perfected.

The blue haired girl spoke first, in an impatient manner that reminded Tendou of a certain naive friend of his back in his homeworld. Not to mention her color scheme resembled the one that his friend's Masked Rider System is colored after. "Calm down?! How can I calm down when our wind generator shut down two days ago! Meanwhile, the repair equipment we requisitioned from the GSC hasn't arrived yet!"

"Miss Yuuka, you need to understand that your school isn't the only one in need of help right now." Said the bck winged girl.

The commotion is enough to cause Rin to sigh in annoyance due to the problems the GSC is facing right now, and only became worse because of the blue haired girl's compints.

"Greetings, esteemed members of the Student Council and disciplinary board representatives... and to those who seem to have an abundance of free time on their hands, I am well aware of the reason for your presence here today, You are here to y bme on us for the turmoil brewing within the academy city, aren't you?" Between pauses, Tendou can sense the venom dripping from Rin's tone.

"If you're so 'well aware,' then do something about it! You're supposed to represent the General Student Council!" The blue haired girl shouted.

"There are also... reports that a student has escaped from the Federal Correction Bureau's custody." The medical elf said.

"Illegal distribution of tanks, helicopters, and other unknown weapons has surged by 2000 percent, combined with the escating delinquency and the x enforcement of public safety, Kivotos stands on the brink." The bck winged girl added.

The white haired girl however, is the only person who just now noticed Tendou. And therefore she asked, "By the way, vice president, who is that person with you?"

  "Grandmother said this:"

Tendou raised his hand upwards, his index finger pointing up.

"One who walks the path of heaven, the one to rule everything."

He then pointed to the Sanctum Tower outside.

  "Tendou... Souji."

"Hasumi, stay in cover in the rear with me."

The bck winged girl, Hasumi, nodded, and stood in front of Tendou, her tall body shielding his halo-less self from attacks.

"Suzumi, provide assistance to Yuuka." Tendou ordered the white haired girl, to which she then moved to the same cover spot as the blue haired girl.

"Chinatsu, evacuate the citizens into the nearby shops and defend them." This time he ordered the medical elf.

Clusters of delinquents begin to march in, to which Suzumi responded by throwing a fshbang, which blinded everyone not ducking behind cover.

  "Hasumi, please step aside."

  "But Sensei--"

Suddenly a beeping noise is heard. Yuuka looked for the source, and when she looked above her she sees a beetle-shaped device flying through the air, hitting some of the delinquents in the back of their necks, knocking them out cold, before it then charges in full speed towards her direction. Yuuka ducked down, and turned around to see Tendou catching the device effortlessly.

  "Sensei!?"

"It is time... For me to py my role in this world as well."

Tendou's suit jacket fluttered in the wind revealing his oddly designed belt.

"Henshin!" He shouted as he then slid the beetle shaped device onto the belt buckle.

  "HENSHIN"

A swarm of nanobots then form up a bulky set of armor around Tendou, with a distinct blue colored visor. When the armor finished forming, a shockwave was emitted, nearly causing Hasumi to trip off-guard. This is Kamen Rider Kabuto, in his masked form.

Kabuto walked into the battlefield, as Suzumi kept on focusing onto shooting the delinquents, before she heard loud gunshots that might come out of a sci-fi movie. Kabuto unholstered an oddly shaped pistol with an axe bde beneath it's grip. Each shot fires out a blue colored ion beam bst which instantly knocked out an unsuspecting delinquent.

  "Suzumi, Yuuka, fire and advance."

  "R-Right!" Suzumi nodded.

"Sensei... Just who are you?" Yuuka asked.

Right after Yuuka asked that, a loud engine roar is heard. The engine roar unmistakably belonging to a tank. Unsurprised, Kabuto took aim, the triple ser sights the pistol beamed right towards the cannon.

  "Hasumi. Finish it."

And with one energy-filled precision shot from Hasumi, the tank explodes.

"Is it over?" Hasumi asked, but then...

Kabuto was struck with multiple dashes from an unseen assaint which actually knocked him down to the ground, and when she revealed herself, Yuuka widened her eyes.

  "That's--!"

"The Fox of Camity!" Suzumi continued.
