International Crime Oversight Agency is an organization created by the UN to investigate crimes at global level. The purpose of this ICOA is to maintain global peace. It is divided into five divisions, each divisions solving different crimes. each division is formed of five inspectors and a detective that is senior to the inspectors.
Among the divisions fraction 1 is given in charge of a peculiar crime.
The five people took their seats and introduced each other- Albert Thorne, Sebastian Hogue, Aiko Tanaka, Dorian Ashford are the four inspectors working under detective Moran Takeda on this case.
Albert: Let us discuss the facts and figures of this case beforehand:
First body- Found on 26th of April, a knife stabbed from one end to the other in neck
Second body- Found on 30th of April, strangled by a thin rope
Third body- found on 6th of may, a knife stabbed in her chest, pierced right through her heart.
There are no connection between these three women other then the connection that all the three were big content creator and influencers on social ptforms. There were no signs of struggle in any of the three body. No clues regarding the serial killer was found on the scene not even footprints.
Aiko- There are some facts that are obvious from the data it is not done by a normal person as in all three murders vital organs are targeted as to kill them in the minimal time. Someone knowledgeable in these types of things like a doctor or some professional can be predicted to be behind this. There are not any emotion in the three murders so we can assume it is not a random killer killing for the sake of pleasure. It is a serial murder since only famous influencers are targeted.
Sebastian: It is as Aiko points out.
Doron: Detective i have a suggestion.
Moran: Yes?
Doron: We have just got the reports of the crime today and we haven't looked into the murdered women at all. This would be a bad start so I would like to demand today off for us to look into it and take our own view of this matter then discuss. We can resume tomorrow
Moran: very well, do the maximum agree?
Everyone agreed.
