Captain Terrance Joseph stood looking at a bulletin on his desk. His fingers toyed with the paper, pushing it forward and then sliding it towards him. He made a noise and straightened.
"Anyone have any leads?"
The group before him went to speak at the same time, but Captain Joseph was quiet as they sorted themselves out.
"Gerrity and Noland are on patrol. Choppers Alpha and Omega dispatched and two undercovers on the ground – Santos and Frankenberry. We alerted the informant at the safe house," said Detective Sylvia Lawrence.

Terrance rose his brows and nodded. His eyes turned back to the bulletin. He held it up and began to read,
"A flight-risk convict escaped Harbor Point Prison last weekend. Corrections officials admitted “security breakdowns” were part of what led to a prisoner escape Sunday. Officials said Gvidon Ustinov escaped following a lax in facility management. The prisoner is to be considered armed and dangerous. Please report any sightings immediately."
Below the bulletin was a mug shot of a blank-eyed man seeming to be in his mid-30s. His eyes seem to be darker than his black hair, and he wears a vacant expression.
Turning, Captain Joseph pinned the paper to the corkboard alongside warrants for arrest and mugshots of other criminals.
"Homeland Security is going to lose it," he said.
