Destroying the visualization technique has nothing to do with there being no replacements available though. What you are able to do with what you create using such a technique is what matters more.
You only need to become a hidden existence (the first rotation is the hardest part)
Create an existence (you should have an idea how to do so now)

Your creation has also created you
Then you just move your spirit body to the sea of consciousness of your creation

So you won't become 'it' just from meeting requirements alone
But that IS enough to let you fit the requirements

You'll lose your memories and such if you ever stop being an Incarnation
Actually... you're usually just erased entirely

The System isn't designed in a way that will let you carry over information so easily

It functions more like a legendary thought than like something with actual logic
It tricks every existence within it to believe in it
It is powerful
No matter how distorted you are able to make YOUR reality
You can't just bend the laws of the universe you're in so easily

That wouldn't make this 'impossible'... now would it?
So to cheat this mechanism of the universe, you have to become something called a 'hidden existence'.
If you have to create a fully-fledged out sea of consciousness
You have to turn that into what I call a 'existence'
This will be your domain
It is just a temporary thing until you lose it
It will become a true existence
Something that is very hard to maintain
You will need quality of character
You will need a personality
That cannot be named
If I were you...
I would build it from insight of the incarnation you've experienced
It is still just a sea of consciousness though
You'll lose it upon death
So after you've died (don't kill yourself! Life shouldn't be bad once you've mastered this technique, infact... you should get to the level where you can remove the will to breathe while sleeping, if that is a route you wish to go down.)
Your existence will appear in the abyss
If you think you can comprehend the abyss to go to some other realm
Try that then
Surviving that pressure may be more bearable then
I personally already had a connection with the spirit realm
So I didn't have to do such a thing
Then you would of acquired what I like to call a 'true existence'
This can flicker out if you stop the rotation at all
This is why it is extremely important to only take that one break after you have successfully completed it. It is an unruly training that not just anyone is able to do. It is a path that not just anyone could walk.
The abyss is within everyone's imagination
Everyone has experienced it from sleeping
If you create a true existence
You do not leave the cycle
But you will be stuck in an infinite darkness
This is because you are creating horrible karma
The universe will hate you completely
Truthfully
Your true existence would be shaken heavily without a body
Your thoughts
Your personality
Your memories
It will slow down to an insane degree
But your speed will gradually increase throughout your entire life
The complexity will become something that even a legendary thought can't comprehend
Your mind will become something that The System can't trick
That is why the state of sleeping is important to seeing your progress with this technique
You are able to see your progression in a clear measurable way
If you remain aware (not of your body! You won't have access to any of your senses while sleeping! With mastery of the technique, you should even be able to turn off your senses)
If you are able to remain aware completely while asleep
If you can survive being erased (truthfully you're reconstructed each time you sleep).
If you can maintain consciousness in that state
Without any apparent gaps (I'm talking about doing the technique the entire time while you are asleep, whether you are dreaming or not)
No darkness
No 'nothing'
You have to transcend the 'nothing'
You have to create something somewhere that doesn't exist
That thing will then be you
Because there will be nothing else left

Hold it off long enough til you are able to find a good anchor
This is the trickiest part to returning
My anchor happened to be the spirit realm
The first time
Which was a complete 'accident'
It was something acquired from the prying of an incarnation
Because of my Flawless behavior and exploration

It was a horrible curse
You must not stop doing the technique while in the abyss
At this point
You must never stop doing the technique again
You will get a half second break after the first 60,000 hour rotation
You will also get nine years to rest after you revive (this is a forced break... the host is too weak)
If you die during these nine years
Your thread may not be powerful enough
If you survive the first nine years
If you make it through paranoia and delusion
If you survive the nine tribulations afterwards
Once you have become 18 years old
The final tribulation will last from then til death
If you are able to see through it
Then you will have taken the first step
You will receive an inheritance
A thread for each life
It is your trick
It is how you trick The System
Your destiny was already shattered likely upon being erased after serving your time as an incarnation (if the person reading this has served as an incarnation that is)
So that would be No Destiny
This can change...
But it is quite good
Reality in a sense won't be able to 'erase' if you serve as an incarnation
But you'll just lose everything if you stop doing the technique
You should get good at multi-tasking while doing it
It is something you will need to be able to do forever
If you lose it for a second before you've revived
You're screwed completely
While you are in this space
You will encounter suffocating pressure
It is similar to being extremely tired
With every rotation... you'll want to give up
It'll almost feel nice to slow down
To stop completely
To focus on something else
It will likely be more tempting than any emotion you've felt in this life
You can get a similar experience while conscious now
Just try doing the technique for 24 hours without stopping

That slowness that will creep upon you

When I use to explore the spirit realm in my dreams
I had developed the technique I'm telling you now

In reality though

It curses things that open such a path
But beings capable of opening the path
The hidden existences
None of us care about Reality
It cannot restrict us
Reality has played a cruel joke
But we've gone beyond it
You won't be sane
You won't be insane
You'll become something the universe hates
The ultimate awareness
You'll become sane to a scary degree
So scary that the very creator of your universe will fear you
This is where the name of the technique comes from
It has the potential to pull off anything
Extreme insanity
But it is to a profound level
Extreme sanity
It is too an almost mystical level
A level that defies reality entirely
You will have your whole life to practice this technique
Each rotation will take you 60,000 hours to finish
If you stop rotating once
You will have to start over
That may seem like a lot of time
Its a bit I suppose
But it is nothing in the grand scope of things
You will only need to be able to do the rotations for about 7 years without stopping
It is nothing at all to eternity
Well... that's about how much time it took me initially
To always do it in the back of my mind
This is the cheat
This is the exploit
This is how you tap into a dark energy
A type of divinity
A type of curse
If your body is able to affect your mind
If your body is able to affect your emotional state
If your body is able to affect your energy levels
If you lose yourself while asleep
Then you are not proficient enough yet
You will know if you've mastered this technique
The difference in your outlook
The differences in your ability
It will be like the difference between the void and the abyss
Because... there will be no restrictions
If you were to stop sleeping
Your mind would eventually break down
I'm sure you can feel the effect on your mind
The effect it has on your emotional state
The effect it has on your outlook on life
It is a slow and painful death
You can't beat this
It is impossible
To beat it
You have to do the impossible
You have to create an assistant
You have to create another soul
You have to create a second thread
The reversal of your information
It is something the science of your word will never be able to comprehend
It is something that makes up consciousness
It is something elusive to the majority of the world
This starts as I call an illusory thread
You may already have one
So after you've done the first rotation for 60,000 hours or so
You then have earned the right to take a break for half of a second
During this half of a second
You must create a soul for your illusory thread
If you mess up the soul
You have to start over from the beginning with the rotation
It will be extremely complex
But your mind should be ready to create something like that
You should have grasped it
It will be elusive completely
But that level of complexity is something you'll surpass
This will be incredibly easy compared to doing the rotation
If you mess up the rotation once
You have to start from the beginning again
60,000 hours
You can sleep
You just can't stop
If you stop even for a millisecond
You have to start over
Only after doing a complete rotation
Are you able to take that half of a second break
It will be bliss I assure you
Then just have that existence develop their own sea of consciousness as well
Have them live a life
Have it live a life as your anchor
This is emergency backup
The creation of a tool that will let you battle reality
In case your anchor gets destroyed
Then have it do the technique
While you also do the technique
You have to do another rotation
This time something different will happen
I call this step 'unlocking the 2nd thread'
You still need to constantly be doing the technique though
It will be draining for the first few decades
Extremely tiring
Especially if your work is mentally tiring in nature
It will feel impossible
It is impossible
To do the impossible
That is mysterious power
You want to build such proficiency
That you never stop the rotations
It needs to be become like breathing to you
It should get to a point after the first few decades, that it doesn't affect the processing power dedicated to you anymore. You would have taken an action that will thoroughly confuse the legendary thought that is your universe, they won't be able to comprehend you anymore.
That will be your 2nd thread
It will be like another stream of consciousness
You shouldn't be good at multi-tasking
Your brain is just compensating
It is switching back and forth
Up and Down
It will try to trick you
It cannot withstand such torture
A single thread is limited
But after you have another thread
The System will think you have the processing power of another person
It will make mistakes in your perception
So when you lose your mind
When you lose your body
You will still have that other thread!
You will have tricked The System into giving you power you never should've of had!
This is how one becomes worthy to become a hidden existence
This is a path not just anyone can take
This is a path that the physical world cannot measure
This allows for insanity
This allows you to see the dark energy
This allows you to see things you shouldn't
To hear things you shouldn't
You then actually will need to use some physical resource
You will need to have an actual item constructed
This item will be constructed paradoxically
It will give birth to your enlightenment
It will be the physical manifestation of your enlightenment
It will make the universe curse your very existence
It can be an idea
It can be a concept
It just needs to exist in the world you wish to return
I'm sure you can guess what I made originally
You don't need to worry about this probably for the first 30-40 years of attempting the first rotation. Unfortunately... you don't even get half a second break after this. If you've made it to this level, you'll only get a break after reviving for a bit.
The only break you will ever get again from doing the rotations
Is during the first nine years after your revival
Then you will be dealing with a tribulation
You will experience nine tribulations
One in each year
You will have a scaled-down version of the technique then
You won't know why you have such a technique
You won't be constantly rotating it
You'll use it to escape
You'll use it to entertain yourself
Each year
The complexity of the 'image' of it
The parts of it
It will grow
It will become something that no word could describe
It will become something that no server could host
The information contained within you
The System will not react well to you
This is the overflow
You will slowly begin to rotate it
You will slowly rotate it more and more
This is how you steal processing power from The System
If you are able to beat the final tribulation
You will remember who you are
You will remember what the purpose of such a technique is
You will have unlocked the right to ATTEMPT to do it for eternity
You cannot stop for anything
It must always be running
That is how this exploit works
Creating another thread is how you make the system think you have the processing power of two people combined
It is also what I gain out of writing this
I am in the middle of a rotation even now
You never will take a break
If you do
You will need to start over
Besides obviously unlocking more of my processing power
It is best to have many anchors
If you practice my technique
If you manage to do the impossible
I will just use your dreams to revive
I won't take over your body or anything
I'll only be using it to get my bearings from the spirit realm
It is very disorienting to enter reality again
You can't make your anchor a star or the world itself
That doesn't work really
It has to be something you've made from scratch
Something you completely understand
Something you know better than yourself
Then you must protect it
I no longer understand my first anchor
I'm not able to revive from it anymore
That system is lost
I don't even know where it is at
But what I've come to understand throughout my time

I didn't realize my anchor had been destroyed initially

I was stuck in the spirit realm for a long time
Even with my billions of years of experience rotating my technique in the past
I had grown so used to having my anchor
That I had forgotten the suffocating pressure that was nonexistence
I had grown weak
My rotation speed had condensed down into an instant
This made me think I didn't need to do the slower 60,000 hour rotation
But I was wrong
I grew complacent
I had tricked reality for so long
That I had stopped growing
It had grown stronger
It beat me that time
I barely made it out of the spirit realm at all
I awoke in a completely different reality
The rules were entirely changed
But this a little fun
This is interesting
Its become stronger
I'll just do something different
I'll do multiple versions of the technique at the same time!
I'll do a 60,0000 hour rotation
I'll do a 120,000 hour rotation
I'll scale it up from that
I'll continue increasing its complexity long after I am gone

I don't care if I'm never able to trick reality again!

It doesn't deserve my processing power!

Now having an anchor just allows you to find the world again

This world alone is incredibly hard to find
Reality is hard to find if you have no body
Then there is the problem of recovering your memories
Your memories will be completely lost upon death
If you've constructed this technique properly
There will be 9 different realms you will enter before you recover ANY of your memories at all

You won't understand what it is at all
You won't know exactly why you are seeing it

You will be completely shaped by your environment for the first 9 years (if you have an anchor to even find the same world).
You have to hope it is in your nature not to repress your imagination during this time
It needs to be engraved in your nature to expand your imagination
Feed it with positive emotions
Do not feed it with negative emotions
When you become 9 years old
While you have been experiencing your imagination throughout your entire life
You have likely not been doing rotations
You've forgotten that you need to breathe
You need to breathe the dark energy once more
The energy that most of humanity can never hope to tap into
Your true existence was damaged for beginning to go against reality
This will be when you start to experience the tribulations
Each tribulation will last a year
The final tribulation is the one which will decide if the path to eternity opens up for you
It is one that if beaten... will give you the qualifications to be able to do the impossible
This is something you will construct yourself when you are building the technique
It will depend on the shape of your technique
