Chapter 4 Jessica
"Hello, mysterious Eastern gentleman, Jessica Alba. Nice to meet you." Jessica stretched out her slender and beautiful hand beside Song Tang.
Jessica Alba, looking at the familiar face of the 17- or 18-year-old girl sitting in front of her, suddenly had a flood of information about the girl in her mind: Jessica Alba, sweet and lovely chocolate beauty, born on April 28, 1981, in Pomona, California, with a mixed bloodline of five countries. Her mother has a mix of Canadian, French, and Danish ancestry, while her father is a mix of Mexican and American ancestry. This explains Jessica's brown skin and beautiful dark eyes. When she was still an infant, she moved to Biloxi, Mississippi, with her parents.
Three years later, her father, who was serving in the Air Force, moved the family back to California and then to Del Rio, Texas. Finally, when Jessica was nine, they settled down in Southern California. As a child, Jessica Alba suffered from partially collapsed lungs twice, had pneumonia four to five times a year, as well as a ruptured appendix and a tonsillar cyst.
She has dreamed of becoming an actress since she was five years old. At the age of twelve, she began taking acting classes and nine months later signed with a management company, launching her career. Young Jessica has shown a high level of talent in her acting endeavors, having tried her hand at various types of roles ranging from light comedy to serious drama.
In 1993, Jessica appeared in her first Hollywood feature film Camp Cucamonga. In 1994, she appeared on the popular television comedy The Secret World of Alex Mack, where she played a mean and obnoxious girl who always gave the main character trouble. After entering the television world, she also appeared in several independent films. That same year, she landed the role of Maya on the TV series Flipper until its cancellation in 1997.
In 1996, Jessica played the role of young Eve in the film "Venus Rising". In 1997, she discussed her role on "Flipper" and her acting career on the Canadian talk show "The DIY Show".
2005 was the most important year for Jessica Alba. "Sin City" and "Fantastic Four" were among the few big hits of '05, with Jessica Alba's contribution being no small part.
Jessica has an angelic face and a devilish figure, she was once considered one of the "sexiest women in America". In his past life, Song Tang didn't like many Hollywood actresses, but Jessica was definitely one of them. However, the reason why Song Tang liked her wasn't just because of her angelic face and devilishly sexy figure, but also because of her reserve. There weren't many Hollywood actresses who were rarely involved in scandals, and even fewer who were both beautiful and scandal-free, which is why Jessica became Song Tang's most beloved Hollywood actress in his past life.
At this time, Song Tang looked at the seventeen or eighteen-year-old girl in front of him who claimed to be Jessica and was puzzled again. Logically speaking, Jessica should only be eleven or twelve years old now, how could there be such a big difference between before and after? Was it the butterfly effect caused by his arrival? As for this point, Song Tang's guess was correct, if not because of Song Tang's arrival, Jessica would indeed be eleven or twelve years old. However, due to Song Tang's arrival, some changes occurred in this world, which was beyond Song Tang's expectation, but that's a story for later.
But anyway, at this time Song Tang was delighted to see the female star he liked in his previous life. So Song Tang didn't want to be embarrassed in front of the beauty anymore, and hurriedly stretched out his hand to shake hands with Jessica, saying: "Hello, I'm Song Tang, nice to meet you, Ms. Alba."
"Oh, heavens, Mr. Song, you Eastern gentlemen are so subtle. You can call me Jessica directly, I don't want to be called Jessica by a mysterious Eastern gentleman. Mrs. Alba, I'm still so young." Jessica said with her hand covering her mouth.
"Alright then, I'll call you Jessica from now on. You can call me Song. I'm delighted to have a beautiful woman like you calling me that." Song Tang replied.
"Alright then, Song, you're Chinese, just like Bruce Lee." Jessica asked curiously.
"Yes! I am Chinese, but an American-born Chinese, and my home is in Los Angeles' Chinatown." Song Tang replied with a somewhat dazed look in his eyes. Jessica's question couldn't help but make Song Tang think of the unpredictability of life, just a few days ago he was living in the 21st century, and now he had become an authentic American-born Chinese.
Jessica saw the vicissitudes and mystery flashing in Song Tang's eyes, and suddenly felt her heart touched. Although she had only been with Song Tang for less than half an hour, the vicissitudes that seemed to have seen through the world on Song Tang's body, as well as his mysteriousness, deeply attracted her. At this time, Jessica thought it was because of her own reasons that made Song Tang unhappy, so she hurriedly comforted him: "Song, I'm sorry, it's my fault, it's all because of my questions that made you sad."
Song Tang saw Jessica like this, and suddenly felt a warm current in his heart. He realized that he was out of place and hurriedly replied: "Oh, Jessica, sorry about that. This really has nothing to do with you. I just remembered my hometown, an ancient and beautiful country."
"Yes, mysterious Orient, mysterious country, I hope to have the chance to experience it." Jessica said wistfully.
"Of course, I'm delighted that the beautiful Miss Jessica is going to China. I wonder if I have the honor of becoming the beautiful Miss Jessica's tour guide?" Song Tang said with a smile.
"Of course, the mysterious Eastern gentleman, Song, Jessica is honored. Mr. Song, I wonder if you have a magical Chinese kung fu like Bruce Lee? You know, being alone in a foreign land is said to be very unsafe." Jessica said.
"Of course..."
In this way, the two of them formed a unique landscape in the bustling Wild Rose Bar. Through their conversation with Jessica, Song Tang finally confirmed that the girl in front of him was indeed the Hollywood star known as "Sweetheart" from his past life. However, Song Tang's arrival had changed things - originally, Jessica should have been born in 1981, but she was now six years ahead of schedule. In her past life, Jessica's first film was "Crazy Summer Camp" in '93, but due to Song Tang's arrival, the movie was now released two years earlier. Although Jessica's name was not yet well-known in Hollywood, fans were slowly starting to fall for this beautiful Hollywood sweetheart.
Jessica was one of the Hollywood starlets that Song Tang had a crush on in his past life. Although after rebirth, Song Tang didn't have any excessive thoughts about this beauty from his previous life. However, being able to run into such a sweetheart in the noisy "Wild Rose" bar made Song Tang feel quite comfortable. In January, Los Angeles still got dark very early, and before 6 o'clock, the sky outside the bar began to fall.
As a gentleman, Song Tang had to send Jessica back home. Jessica's hometown was in Southern California, not Los Angeles City, but because of last year's acting engagements, she rented an apartment near the film city, which happened to be close to the "Wild Rose" bar. The two didn't need to take a car, and as they walked through the bustling streets, they were surrounded by crowds of people rushing to and fro. Due to the time, the streets were occasionally swept by cold gusts of wind. As a woman, Jessica wore only a black dress with a white down jacket over it, which made her look even more beautiful, but the cold wind made her shiver. Song Tang, seeing this, although he didn't have any romantic intentions towards Jessica at that moment, still had a good impression of her. The chivalrous Song Tang couldn't bear to see a beauty like Jessica suffer from the cold in front of him, so despite knowing it was very cold, he took off his own coat and draped it over Jessica's shoulders.
"Thank you!"
"It's nothing." The girl didn't say much, but Song Tang still saw gratitude and emotion in Jessica's eyes. Fortunately, it wasn't far from Jessica's place, so Song Tang didn't have to bear the cold for long before arriving at her residence.
"I'm here, would you like to go in and sit down?" Jessica asked after returning Song Tang's coat.
"Hehe, let's just say we'll meet again next time if fate allows it. Otherwise, I won't guarantee that I won't do something out of line." Song Tang joked.
"Hehe, see you later then. But I had a great time today and look forward to seeing you next time, Song"
"Me too." Song Tang watched as Jessica slowly approached her residence, feeling a sense of calm and warmth in her heart.
Although the two of them didn't leave each other's phone numbers and didn't make plans for their next meeting, they both felt that it wouldn't be long before they met again. This was a feeling, but also an expectation. Thinking about this, Song Tang couldn't help but laugh, and he laughed very happily.
