  A quick explanatory chapter to clear some questions.

  If any updates are made to this list, the title will have the edit date.

  -No such thing as PP.

  -Pokemon can die.

  -At the end of a chapter, you will see a detailed status screen of our protagonist, however in the Pokemon world, the pokemon just can't simply bring up a status menu.

  -You only have to "defeat" another Pokemon to gain Experience and level up, meaning you don't have to kill them to do so.

  -Although stats do exist, only you viewers will get to see the exact numbers. The Pokemon in this world can't see much in detail unless under special circumstances or a special ability was used.

  -Natures do alter stats.

  -IVs exist while EVs don't, and IVs won't be mentioned in the story.

  -TM moves can be learned by either getting stronger meeting special requirements, even some learning TM moves they shouldn't in the games. (By a certain degree of course. No flamethrowing-Blastoise will be found.)

  -Egg moves function as normal. (For instance, if two Pikachus with one holding a light orb were to breed, the offspring *might* have Volt Tackle.)

  -Pokemon don't only remember 4 moves.

  -Items made by human obviously don't exist. (Pokeballs, Choice band, etc.)

  -Evolution can't be stopped once it starts.

  -Items (including Evo stones)can be naturally found in the environment.

  -The story is set in Pokemon Generation 5, but Pokemon Generations usually don't apply beyond that. Meaning you can find a Ralts or a Snivy in the wild naturally.

  ~Prologue~

  The World of Pokemon. Filled with wonders and mysteries, it is a very unique world.

  On a normal day in the Pokemon world, a new life was born - an Egg.

  However, this Egg was very unlucky. A short while after its birth, its parents were chased down by predators of the forest. Maybe the god pities it and gave it a bit of luck, the egg survived because the predators didn't notice it.

  However, can the egg survive without its parents' protection and care? Maybe it'll die a short-lived life. Or maybe, it'll survive and strive like a blooming flower.

  Only time can tell now.
