Chapter 16
Hogwarts' school year starts on September 1st, just like most schools in the UK.
The holidays are simir to regur schools, with Easter on December 14 and Christmas on December 25. These two holidays are long breaks, connected with weekends, totaling about two weeks. However, Halloween on October 31 must be spent at school.
Of course, there are also winter and summer vacations. The winter break is retively shorter, from January 31 to February 28, sting a full month.
The summer vacation in the UK is incredibly long, which is why Harry often feels frustrated; he has three months off in June, July, and August, and his birthday has to be celebrated with the Dursleys.
Regulus managed to secure a family business before Halloween at the end of October, and it's fair to say that his frequent travels were a major reason.
Additionally, some noble families provided assistance... without causing trouble.
Everything went smoothly, and after two months, he finally obtained a family business—a cattle farm located on a small isnd in the Outer Hebrides, at the northwest tip of the UK.
One must say, occupying an entire small isnd feels pretty good; the Muggles working on the isnd didn’t mind their boss changing.
At the same time, Regulus joined the meat Association under the Ministry of Agriculture in Muggle society, where he was very welcome as a nobleman, which the foundation (Ministry of Magic) that previously managed this business repeatedly mentioned and emphasized.
Noble status in the wizarding world is not naturally acquired due to a long history or powerful magic.
Rather, it is recognised by the King of Engnd throughout history. For wizards, having a noble status can spare them a lot of trouble; even during the historical witch hunts, there were rarely any wizards of noble status identified.
Think of those fallen European nobles who even have to rent tuxedos to attend gatherings; even when living in miserable conditions, they don’t give up that facade.
It is too easy for wizards to obtain money, and after acquiring a rge amount of wealth, noble status and social recognition become an inevitable pursuit for some wizards. So if they can wave a wand and gain a noble title, why not give it a try?
For example, Sazar Slytherin, the Bck family, and the Malfoy family.
Looking at it this way, it’s evident that the Slytherin lineage has a strong desire for noble status.
No wonder they are said to have half of their members working in the Ministry of Magic and the other half vacationing in Azkaban.
To celebrate regaining a business, Regulus also promised Dumbledore to send a animal to the school every day from Easter to Christmas, which made Hagrid feel like he had too much reserve food to eat in time. And these are all high-yield dairy cows, so if they aren't in a hurry to eat meat, they can harvest a rge amount of fresh milk daily, probably enough to drink milk like water during that time.
Naturally, the excess from Hogwarts' kitchen went into Hagrid's belly, for Hagrid's health!
In the Room of Requirement, Regulus had already made a rge number of metal parts, which could be assembled into a female humanoid puppet with Baroque-style surface decorations. The prepared clothing was Gothic-style lingerie and a maid outfit.
Under Regulus Bck's level 7 [Control Puppet] ability, these metal parts automatically assembled.
For months, aside from running to the Ministry of Magic, most of the time was spent on creating these mechanical components, all for the purpose of adding a new summoning skill: [Iron Golem].
However, Regulus Bck gave up on maximizing the [Iron Golem] skill and did not make the puppet core very pure.
It wasn't like the [Cy Stone Monster] with bck sand, nor like the [Blood Demon of Zach] with corpse blood.
When summoning puppets using bck sand and corpse blood, one can adjust the size of the puppet and use it as a core, adding magic or various materials to increase its size, ultimately creating a puppet as enormous as a mountain.
Regulus Bck, the "Iron Golem," pnned to create it in a refined manner, so that the level of this skill could be fully utilized, with the value reflected in quantity rather than size.
Since Regulus Bck's previous life as Regulus was that of a very ordinary gamer, the type of puppet he would create naturally followed the settings from the game League of Legends (LOL), after all, the previous puppets were also from LOL.
In LOL, the characters are robots, specifically the Steam Golem Blitz, the Deep Sea Titan Nautilus, and the Clockwork Mage Orianna.
If one wanted to pursue maximum size, the Steam Golem Blitz and the Deep Sea Titan Nautilus could be selected.
However, if the goal was merely to pursue quantity, aesthetics, and refinement, the Clockwork Mage Orianna would naturally be the first choice.
Well! Regulus Bck admitted that he first considered the Clockwork Mage Orianna and then came up with these reasons to convince himself.
After all, the other two metal lumps were just too ugly!
As a tasteful noble, creating puppets that were not aesthetically pleasing would be a serious mockery of his identity.
In fact, making puppets in the wizarding world is not a difficult task; there are hundreds of stone puppets right in front of Hogwarts' gates.
During the final battle, Professor McGonagall summoned them to block the doors, even though they were easily defeated.
Regulus looked down on those rough stone puppets; they were not only clumsy but also cked any facial features from their creator.
What Regulus Bck wanted to create was a puppet with a level of refinement very close to that of a human, one that would feel approachable to viewers.
This was also the reason for selecting the Clockwork Mage Orianna as a model, although even this character design was still rough.
If refined to a certain extent, any character's appearance could be made such that, apart from knowing it was a puppet, an uninformed person would mistake it for a real person; Regulus Bck had this mysterious confidence.
Regulus Bck referenced films like "Inception," "Ghost in the Shell," "Terminator," "Transformers," and "Angel Heart" before finally determining the character design he wanted—Rei Ayanami from EVA!
Known as the "Three Noes Goddess," there was a game called "Rei Ayanami Training Pn," where one could train a group of blue-haired lolis to their heart's content, which would be irresistible for a loli enthusiast; of course, Regulus Bck was definitely not a loli enthusiast, absolutely not!
With blue hair, red eyes, a slender body, and a bust that was full retive to her body.
When the "Steel Golem" named "Zero" opened its eyes, even Regulus was frozen by its even colder "three noes" aura.
"Clockwork Halloween Iron Golem": Image reference is the three-noes goddess Rei Ayanami, blue hair and red eyes.
Standard configuration: A red and blue dual-color spherical auxiliary puppet that can be rge or small, used for living, storage, assistance, repair, movement, defense, and attack purposes.
Since it was created on Halloween, the skill name was determined to be "Clockwork Halloween Iron Golem."
Regulus pnned to create six more in different colors; a rainbow team would be so adorable.
In the future, having gold, silver, bck, white, red, yellow, and blue Rei Ayanami lined up, dressed in sexy gothic maid outfits would be truly eye-catching!
Today just happened to be Halloween, and dinner was a must-attend event. After sending out a letter to order materials from the Owlery, Regulus Bck slowly walked toward the first-floor hall.
Once all the materials were gathered, he pnned to take advantage of the quiet period from Easter to Christmas to create all seven "Clockwork Halloween Steel Golems" before Christmas.
Only during this time would many students go home for the holiday, and csses would only be prepared for a few students staying on campus, making Regulus Bck, as a teaching assistant, even more rexed.
As he made his way to the second floor, he heard the sound of a little girl crying from the nearby women's restroom.
