Without Talent Prologue

My name is Scott I have no talent, I’m not special in anyway, I don’t have any predisposed aptitude for anything. I’ve only recently come to understand that society loves geniuses and prodigies. But I’m nothing like that.

I grew up in an average environment according to myself. Average middle class, a single parent one sibling average face, average abilities, quite average intelligence. But average isn’t good enough, look around how is it possible for anyone to call this life? Get out eat got to work eat back to work come home get food clean yourself and go to sleep and repeat. Who in the world want to live like that?

No man is born equal. That statement is without a doubt true. Whether it be finances, appearances, lineages, we’re all born with disproportionate talents. The more I see the people pushing for equality the more I feel like they feel like they’re better than others. People who push for equality know they possess talent superior to others, or else why bother being equal to your neighbor? Talent is power, because you can learn and excel. Knowledge is power because it gives you an edge on your neighbors. Power is the ability to stand on top using everything you possess.
