I was thinking something like the main theme of but the main character chooses to make a new power where theres a chance of being born with a split soul in 2 bodys or just one soul that controls the two at the same time not much of a difference, the birth defect gives various bonuses to the lucky/unlucky children (chance of being unlucky if that child gets bullied), if anyone takes this idea and uses it in a story please send me a link
