After getting another chance to enter Three Step Tower. I have reached Mid Tier of Space Element.
I came to Hangzhou as soon as the news of appearance of Skyscraping Snake came out.
I want to have it's scales for armour as it will provide poison immunity and it's durability is also praiseworthy.
First thing I did is buying defected 'Blood Serums' which were being sold at little cheap price compared to few months ago.
Then I went to the fort where that 'Eagle Boy' works. When he happened to play with it's eagle I arrived before him in infected condition.
"Hey there young Heavenly Eagle Battle Mage." Chen Xiao called for eagle boy.
"Who? what happened to you sir?" Eagle Boy looked at Chen Xiao's condition.
"These cheap products seems to have some side effects. After consuming some, my condition got worse. Can you take me to city?" Chen Xiao asked Eagle Boy.
"Cheap products? it seems you have mistaken sir. Those poxes are caused because of these rats. If you can wait here, my eagle can bring you cure." Eagle Boy offered.
"In that case I will be grateful." Chen Xiao said.
Eagle fly off in the direction of forest.
After an hour, it returned with some leaves and branches.
"Here sir, this is the cure. You can rub these on your poxes and you will be cured in in few hours." Eagle Boy said and left with his eagle.
Good, first thing is done now. Now I need to catch Tang Yue when Magic Court will issue the order.
AFTER 2 DAYS
I'm keeping eyes on Tang Yue and Mo Fan. As soon as the order issued they will be caught.
I'm trying to find Tang Yue and Mo Fan who are running from Magic Court. I forget that Totem Snake is able to sense Advance mages and I lost them even when I was following them with best of my abilities.

"Chen Xiao where are you?" Bai Cangfeng asked.
"Umm... in Hangzhou." Chen Xiao replied uneasily.
"Very Good, Now listen carefully, Magic Court is chasing two persons who happened to be in Hangzhou. If you can catch them and then you could earn 1 vote for National Team Candidature. I'm sending you their location. Now you owe me a favour." Bai Cangfeng explained and hanged up.

I immediately rushed to the given location and found a pair of birds chasing something very far.
As I arrived near them, one of the bird was crashes in ground with it's summoner laying unconscious near it.
Then I noticed few lightning bolts from afar. I immediately rushed there and found Mo Fan fighting someone from Donfang clan who he defeated quite easily.

"No, this is not real one but fake one. I bought it from a shop as it was little cheap. But after few hours of consuming this the symptoms of plague started to appear, you can say I'm one of the first victims of the plague. But thankfully, that young Heavenly Eagle Battle Mage knew it's cure. And I'm standing here healthy." Chen Xiao explained.
"Cure? what is the cure?" Zhu Meng asked hastily.
"The cure is the herbs which grows in monster territory. I have already fetch quite a lot of them. Here are they." Chen Xiao explained and show the bag of shrubs to everyone.
"Then why were you hiding it until now? you dare to make profit when the whole city is suffering, guards arrest him." A vile old man ordered.
The vile old man's subordinate rushed at me. But Totem Snake intercepted them before I could even cast a spell. Totem snake hit them hard with it's tail.
"That snake is helping him, he must be accomplice in this plague outbreak. Kill him!" Vile old man ordered.
But no one dared to move afraid of Totem Snake. The Lightning Punishment Formation may have trapped the snake but it's body is so big, the formation couldn't possibly cover every part of it's body. In original it was simply didn't wanted to hurt anyone.
"Senator Zhu Meng, this plague is caused by human greed and the reason why I didn't bring out the cure was simply because I would have been killed by the real culprits who caused this plague, just like now. Even in your presence, even before tens of Advance mages of Magic Court, hundreds of Mid Tier mages and thousands of people, I don't feel safe, I only feel safe here only because of Totem Snake. And I think it was best for myself to reveal this truth in the presence of real guardian of Hangzhou city, the Totem Snake." Chen Xiao lashed at Magic Court.

Councilman what will you say in this, your subordinate is the president of the manufacturing company and you were the person who ordered your subordinates to kill this kid who brought cure for the plague and also have evidences. Royal Guards take Councilman under custody and seize all the fake blood serums you find." Zhu Meng ordered, a couple of Royal guards take away Councilman and some went to the company.
"About Totem Snake" Chen Xiao said.
"As for the Totem Snake, release it." Zhu Meng ordered.
"Senator Zhu Meng, it's emergency southern fortress has been attacked by Silver Sky Ruler." an Advance Tier mage informed.
"What? a great monarch? Royal Guards follow me to the fortress." Zhu Meng fly off along with several Advance Tier mages.
"Hey!" Chen Xiao turned around to only come face to face with the Totem Snake which startled him.
"He is saying thank you." Tang Yue said.
"No need for that, shedding has made him weak. I suggest feed those fake blood serums to Totem Snake it will help him recover it's strength, we might require his help to fend off the monarch." Chen Xiao advised and levitate off to the fortress.
