  Sapphire loved seeing Alexanders flustered, but the ominous message that promised to purge her from this World was hanging above her head. So, really, as the system notifications came and went, Sapphire started to feel her Soul slowly chipping away, one fragment at a time.

  Was this how Mother felt when she gave birth to her? A mere shaving of the Mother Lode?

  Sapphire didn't know, Mother never said anything after all. She only spoke with her once, and it was to tell her that the love of her life had to die to save the pnet. And even then, that conversation ended with Sapphire sealing away Mother.

  So not a good example of the retionship that her kin had with their daughters, anyway. Alexanders, mumbling to himself adorably with a worried face as he turned to look at her from time to time.

  And for some reason turn his head away while blushing, his eyes seemed to always look first at her eyes and then slowly creep down, only to focus once again on the tablet. That was weird…He shouldn't need to even turn to look at the datapad, the man could access the data directly by using his Core Powers after all.

  One of the perks of whatever the Scrambler had attempted to do to Alexanders, it allowed him to awaken part of his Core Powers that had no reason to work the way they did.

  "Sapphire, we will fix it, trust me," Alexanders said nodding to himself as he walked to her, he was utterly focused on her eyes, doing his best to not look down.

  Sapphire looked down to see what was the problem, and found…a pair of perky peeks there, namely, she found her breasts bare for the world to see. That was…interesting. As soon as she saw them, a wave of nausea hit her, making her lose bance over herself, as she was suddenly aware of the weight that her brain had been compensating for.

  "Alexanders," Sapphire said, making the man turn to her, a face full of worry.

  "It will be okay, trust me. I'll get an A-Tier [Healer] soon, I will either [Sve] him or [Bind] him if I need to," Alexanders said pcing his hand on Sapphire's cheek, it was….comforting in a way that she never had expected.

  She had some grievances about her retinoship with the blonde of course, she knew that he was not the same man that she had loved before, and that maybe…just maybe…she was projecting her love on him.

  But at moments like this, she could see all the good points that she had seen on his previous love, and some extra ones that she hadn't seen before. "You talk too much," And she couldn't help herself.

  So, raising both of her hands, she got hold of the blonde man's face and pulled him into a kiss.

  She pulled him and held him there. Was it a second? Was it an hour? She knew not.

  All that was left behind him were some lightning traces of where he had run away out of the room; even the door seemed to receive some damage from it.

  "Master Alexanders is moving near the limit of what is viable for a baseline Core User," a mechanical voice answered Sapphire musing, "We theorize that he is programming instinctually his body to move to fit his needs, so it looks as if he is moving at Speedster speeds, while he is in actually moving as fast as his body can tolerate."

  "So, what do you think of my new ride Starry?" Sapphire said doing a twirl and looking at one of the screens, "Don't pretend you can't project yourself there, we both know I left you my keys."

  "... it's indecent to move like that while naked Elder Sister," The image of the brown-haired western mage said as it appeared on the screen, "We are monitoring your vitals, your heart is strong and it seems your body is working as intended.   "....beg your pardon?" Alexanders astonished face was sooooo adorable…And the feeling of having left Alexanders dumbstruck two times in a row was also an interesting feeling; it got your girl just in the right mood….
