After several days, Lumina pleted many more missions in the meantime where she only o uake one more in order to bee a D rank hunter. While pleting missions alone, she practiced with all her current shadows, especially the smaller oo increase their stealth ensuring that what happened previously where An and the others noticed her spying. Only after a feractig did she mao see results in this aspect.

  Because of An's generous patronage, Lumina also had o worry about learning or ensuring that there ce for her to stay yet, knowing that the guildmaster, his sister and An are all aware of her, she feels that she is being used for their own motives. Left with no choice, and not a great start into this world, Lumina forcefully set aside her misgivings about them for now while ting the amount of that she currently has.

  After some calcutions, Lumina realises that she has just a little ht silver s that she use to fuer equipment. Using this as a basis, she went looking around the market at previous stores to fi quality potions for poison, paralysis and bleeding which set her back a total of two silver, better quality leather armour that was more flexible yet tougher which was one silver and a higher quality ste bag that had temperature regution and rger space utilisation that was also a silver running her back half of her own money.

  When Lumina fihis small burst of a shopping spree, she figured that it might be time to sort out that feeling of finding a suitable on that 'feels' right to her. Heading further north, the quality of the buildings started to drop until she was right on the edge of the slums district where a slightly dipidated bcksmith/on store stood in pce.

  Watg her surroundings, Lumina saw that there were no hostile forces around so she eagerly walked into the building with some tense aed nerves. "Hello?" Looking around, as she called out, the building seemed to be rather dark before she heard a grunting noise e from the distant er behind the tertop.

  "Urgh, Who is it? What do you want eh?" A rough baritone voice was heard as a rge muscur, balding man peeked himself over the tertop. A rge grey beard adorned his face all scraggly with dark circles surrounding his eyes making them appear sunken into the face. A dwarf? Lumina thinks to herself.

  "Hey, I just wao see if there were any suitable ons for me." Keeping her voice loleasant so as to not annoy the man, Lumina asked him for some help.

  "What ya looking for ss?"

  "I'm not sure, but I've been wielding knives and daggers but they don't seem to fit, I'm also not too keen ed oher-" Before she could tihe dwarf interrupted.

  "Hold o me take a good look at ya muscles ss." St towards her, the dwarf skilfully felt and prodded her muscles while she was like a deer in headlights while feeling amused at this iion. Mumbling to himself, he went to the bad grabbed what looked to be a long and thih a cupped hilt. "Try this, its a steel rapier, not heaver than a longsword but has longer reach than a knife."

  Gripping onto the rapiers' handle, Lumina instantly felt a e as she found it easy to lift. Taking some time to adjust her swings, she felt infinitely more fortable with this on in parison with a knife. "I like it, how much for this?" Lumina asked before putting the rapier into a position that doesn't threaten others.

  "Tell ya what, I'll give it to ya for four silvers, I t go any lower than that so take it or leave it ss." The dwarf replied in a gruff nasally tone.

  Feeling the pinch, Lumina handed over the st of her silvers leaving behind a grand total of eighty small coppers as her entire fortune. Ohe transa was plete, she left the building feeling the o increase her funds for emergencies so headed to the hunters guild to take o D rank mission to hopefully bee a total D rank hunter.

  Entering the building, she got a few nods nitions amongst some of the uild members, some lifting their drinks in aowledgement but some had lustful gazes present in their eyes, making her feel a little bit unfortable by the btant disrespect but summed it up to them being hot blooded men and should assume that quite a few of them would act this way.

  Reag the mission board, she looked over for a suitable mission that they use as a way to calcute her progress and make her a D rank. Soon a D rank mission that was hiddeh some other posted missions caught her eye, it had the request of killing a goblihat had a possible goblin chief. Thinking it over, Lumina thought that seemed like a suitable quest and it was best to take it aloo ehat she definitely bees a D rank hunter.

  After going through the receptionist, Lumina headed out to the location that this supposed was taking a good hour of travelling even with the elk shadow to arrive at a nearby destination. Just ahead there was a rge cave entrah a couple of godawful looking goblins patrolling the entrance.

  Deg stealth would be the best option to begin with, Lumina summohe smaller shadows first to attad distract them before heading into the cave. Leading into the cave, there was a rge tunnel system that bee fusing however, Lumina was used to being able to see out of multiple positions allowio sultiple tunnels at the same time ensuring that any gobli in the way was taken care of.

  Due to the amount of them, this process was taking a long time, eventually leading to dusk thus Lumina thought it best to use the skills that she learnt by hiding her st using filthy mud and hid her tracks before hiding nearby to sleep, her summons to tiheir attack while she slept the night away.

  Waking up to a new dawn, Lumina decided that it was time to follow the trail into tunnels, pig up the goblin corpses and pg them int eventually leading to the rge cavernous room where a much rger, human sized goblin was sitting down on a shittily made throne sweating and panting heavily.

  Deg that it was time, Lumina summoned Mae to finish of the poor site before finally colleg the final corpse and heading back to Droma.
