However, when the sun was setting Lumina usihon witnessed a small group of horses travelling her way with rge burly men being carried on their backs. "Huh, I better move out the way." Notig that they were going to bump into each other, Lumina moved to the side of the path to allow them to pass through unimpeded.

  When the horseback riders were in natural eyesight, she picked up an uling feeling ing from them as their auras while not hostile became aggressive. making this out, Lumina decided to make a safe bet and drew her rapier out of the sheath in preparation to scare them away.

  Ohey were a couple of feet away from each other, Lumina saw that they were in ragged, dirty clothing with bloodstains on them as they emitted chilling grins as they perversely looked her up and down.

  "Well well well, what do we have here ds? A loraveller at this time of day. Hey! how about you satisfy us for the night yeah?" The rgest man amongst them sounded out as those with him snickered in amusement.

  Watg them wearily, Lumina responds curtly. "No thanks." But before she could move any further, a sword blocks her path right in front of her face.

  "I wasn't asking." The man said in a spiingling toh a hint of chill to his voice. Realising that they were at an impasse, a tense silence followed for a couple of seds as Lumina started to try and focus her mind.

  "I guess you leave me no choice." Lumina muttered under her breath as she thrust her rapier into the horses ned started to summon all of her shadows from hers.

  The horse that was stabbed toppled over with the man along with it as the shadows separated her from the other men in the group.

  "Hey, this bitch is a neancer, shit evil witch!!!" Shouting this out, Lumina realised that she no longer had an option to keep them alive. I must kill them, there should be no witnesses!

  The shadows attacked the men at her behest by causing distras from the smaller animals while the elk charged and rammed its antlers into another horse making it neigh in pain as its rider jumped off to attack it. Meanwhile Mae, threw fireballs that were sshed and the samanders made earthquakes creating a ce for the basilisks to poison a couple of them.

  As that side was fighting, Lumina used this opportunity to thrust her rapier at the leader of the group. His weakness is the neck, arm has a bit of a rupture, left leg has a sprain.

  A back of forth of parrying, guarding and thrusting ensued for a while as sweat started to drip from Lumina's forehead. Meanwhile, one of the three men finally succumbed to the poisonous attacks of the basilisks falling to the ground with a loud thud. One of the men mao escape being ered temporarily and realised that they should take this opportunity to attack Lumina by throwing one of their daggers at her.

  "ARRGH" The attack missed its mark as Lumina new what was happening and manoeuvred herself out of the way with the leader of the bandits got hit in the chest with his subordinates dagger. However, this didn't do any real damage to him ahrust his sword and cut into Lumina's arm but the wound was only light.

  RUMBLE

  A thunderous sound was heard as a deluge of thunder, lightning and rain poured heavily from the clouded night sky. As this happehe two other subordinates are finally dying to blood loss as Lumina did a thrust that the bandit leader was going to parry but it was a feint into a luhat pierced into his previously ruptured arm tat held his sword. "ARRGH"

  As he screamed out, Lumina pulled back as he dropped his sword, bloodshot eyes gred at her. "You Bitch!" Shouting out in tormented pairied to grapple but made the mistake of allowing Lumina to thrust and cut into his neck allowing a stream of blood to spurt out. His eyes started to gze over as he held onto his bleeding neck, falling facedown on the ground as Lumina panted from the exertion, lightning fshing lighting up the night sky.

  When the fight was finally over, Lumina looked at he dead corpses of these humans a a buzzing, ringing in her ears as tears watered he eyes making them blurry as they streamed down her cheeks. Feeling sick, she threw up heavily as she started to shake before dropping her rapier and started to hyperventite.
