🔥Chapter 16: The Demon Fox Emperor Returns🔥

  [The Survivor]

The battle was over. The forest was littered with the bodies of the cultists that Ameer had wiped out without a second thought. The little girl, still clinging to his leg, seemed to be in shock, her wide eyes not knowing what to make of the carnage. But there was one cultist left alive, crawling on the ground, covered in blood, struggling to get away.

Ameer looked down at him with sinister amusement, his cold eyes studying the pathetic figure before him.

Ameer: "You survived, huh? How cute. I should hurt you for that, but I have a more important message for you." ??

The cultist looked up at Ameer, his fear palpable, but he had no choice but to listen. He was terrified of what the fox might do to him next. But what Ameer was about to say was much more terrifying.

Ameer: "Go and spread the word. Tell them all. The Demon Fox Emperor, Ameer, has returned. Let the world tremble and fear." ????

The cultist's eyes widened, confused, and utterly frightened.

Cultist: "D-Demon Fox Emperor? You?!" ??

Ameer's expression didn't change, his eyes glowing with malicious satisfaction.

Ameer: "Yes. Me. Now go, and make sure they know who I am. The world will bow, or it will burn. Now get lost." ??

The surviving cultist didn't need any more urging. He scrambled to his feet, running away as fast as he could, hoping he could escape with his life—and his sanity intact.

  [System's Response]

The System remained oddly silent for a moment, but it wasn't long before its voice rang out, loud and clear in Ameer's mind.

System: "Ameer, you're truly a monster now. The Demon Fox Emperor? Aren't you taking things a bit too far?" ??

Ameer: "Too far? Nah. I'm just getting started. Let the world fear me. After all, I'm more than just a fox now. I'm a beast emperor." ????

System: "I never thought I'd see the day where you went from a little fox to this monstrous, power-hungry being. And what's this about spreading your name? You're like a tyrant now." ??

Ameer grinned, shaking his head as he felt the System's discomfort.

Ameer: "Don't be such a coward, System. You sound like you're having a crisis of identity. I've changed. There's no turning back. Now let them tremble, and let them know I've returned." ??

  [The Little Girl's Annoying Clinginess]

As Ameer basked in the glory of his new power, the little girl, still clinging to his leg like a parasite, seemed to be oblivious to his growing annoyance. Her small hands tightly gripped his foot, her face pale with fear and exhaustion.

Ameer: "What's with you? Why do you keep holding on to me like this? It's annoying." ??

The girl blinked, her fingers absentmindedly scratching her nose, seemingly oblivious to his irritation. Then she spoke up with a blush on her face.

Small Girl: "Mister, I'm scared... They wanted to sacrifice me to the demon fox, but you... you're different. I feel safe with you." ??

Ameer raised an eyebrow, looking down at her with a mixture of confusion and disdain.

Ameer: "Safe? Hah, you've got to be kidding me. You think you're safe with me? You're just a little nuisance who can't leave me alone." ??

But then something even more disgusting happened. The girl, still clinging to his leg, stuck her finger up her nose, as if she was completely unfazed by the situation. Ameer stared at her in disgust, his expression becoming darker.

Ameer: "Ugh! That's disgusting! I should just dump you at the nearest village." ??

The little girl, still not noticing his growing discomfort, blushed furiously and shook her head.

Small Girl: "I-I'm sorry, Mister. I didn't mean to offend you." ??

Ameer: "Whatever. Just don't do that again. It's gross." ??

He turned his head away, but then something strange happened. The girl looked up at him with a soft smile, as if she was completely oblivious to his annoyance. Her voice was small, but it carried an air of innocence.

Small Girl: "Mister, my name is Hua Mina." ??

Ameer paused for a moment. He looked down at her, his expression unreadable.

Ameer: "Hua Mina, huh? I don't care what your name is, little girl. Just stay out of my way." ??

But as he spoke, the System couldn't help but chime in, its voice dripping with sarcasm.

System: "Oh, wow. You're really going to adopt her as your little pawn now? This is going to be so much fun, huh?" ??

Ameer rolled his eyes, his patience wearing thin.

Ameer: "Shut up, System. This is just a temporary nuisance. Once she's useful, I'll do whatever I want with her." ??

  [The Cultists' Plan]

Meanwhile, the surviving cultist, having fled, began to make his way back to his sect. He had been given a mission—a simple one, yet one that would bring about Ameer's rise to power.

Cultist (panting): "The Demon Fox Emperor... has returned..." ??

He couldn't believe it. He had barely escaped with his life, and now he had to spread the message. He had no choice.

Cultist: "Let the world tremble... Let them know the Demon Fox Emperor is back..." ????

  Epilogue: The Golden Fox's Return

Ameer stood tall, his form radiating with the energy of a beast emperor. His eyes gleamed with cold amusement, his power undeniable. He had just begun his path to domination, and nothing would stop him. The world would soon know his name, and they would tremble at the sound of it.

The little girl, still clinging to his leg, had no idea what she was about to be dragged into. But Ameer didn't care. She was just another pawn in his game.

As for the cultists, they had no idea what kind of monster they had unleashed. But they would soon learn.

Ameer: "Let the world fear me. Let them remember the name Ameer, the Demon Fox Emperor." ??
