This is it. The final post under this story. It's been a crazy ride. What started as a way to relax and unwind while I was bored back at the end of 2018 (which was also a time where I...er... was under a lot of stress and drinking a ton and probably half outta my mind), has become an epic journey that saw the continuation of my writing journey, and helped me turn it into a career. I've been a full time writer now since 2019, and DCO has been a massive part of that every step of the way. Now, as I make this post, I can't help but feel it's a bittersweet moment. I loved creating this world. I loved creating the monsters, and characters, and just seeing what crazy and wacky things I could make happen. Most of all, I loved interacting with everyone here. The early days, where I had polls on what mobs would be the next floor, and where it was truly just a wild crazy, untamed land, were some of the fondest I've had on my writing journey. And a part of me was pained when I had to move away from such shenanigans, and focus on crafting more of a 'proper story' for publication. Alas, the world is a cruel one, and bills must be paid haha. But even still, you all stuck wtih me, and now, finally, the story is complete. January 23rd, Dungeon Core Online releases its final book to the world. I hope all of you will join me for one last dungeon dive, and give the book some love. Let it make you laugh, maybe even cry, for one last moment. Let me take you into the world of DCO, one last time, for a final farewell.
