Assassin's Creed No. 124
Zhan Yun is an assassin, and a top-notch one at that. At least he thinks so himself, and if given the chance, he believes he can make the entire world go crazy for him.
He is a world-class expert in shooting, hiding, tracking, hand-to-hand combat, assassination and counter-tracking. His shooting record is unbreakable, his bare-handed combat skills are unmatched even by instructors, he has assisted the Tamil Tigers to successfully infiltrate and assassinate several high-ranking Sri Lankan officials, evaded capture from numerous national secret agents including his own mentor, traveled thousands of kilometers for a single target and ultimately eliminated it.
It can be said that he is fully qualified to become a legend, but in the end, he did not become this legend. And the direct reason for this is the scar on his face, the scar left by his own Shifu.
A perfect killer should never have such a distinctive feature, but he does, and it's extremely obvious. So even though his reputation is widespread, in the end he can only fall to being a lowly thug with that brother of his.
This was an unmitigated humiliation for him, but in order to survive, he had no choice but to do so.
And just yesterday, his incompetent brother and those rabble under him were completely defeated because of a trivial task. He calmly watched as his brother was tortured for an entire night, he had many opportunities to intervene, but he vetoed them all, because a top-notch assassin cannot give anyone any chance to counterattack. What an assassin has to do is to stick to their enemy like a maggot on the sole of the foot, and calmly let the opponent disappear into thin air while ensuring one's own safety, rather than charging into the red cloth of a bullfighter like a furious bull.
So he can only keep waiting, waiting and waiting again, until he sees the person who gave him that bright scar appear, then he knows if he doesn't make a move now, it will be too late.
However, when he personally solved his brother's suffering and went back to prepare for action, he found that everyone in the house had disappeared without a trace. But this did not pose any threat to him at all, but instead aroused his interest, just like top hunters who like the process of chasing prey, he also liked this tracking process. For him, even if those who killed his brother ran to the ends of the earth, he could easily find them.
After getting off a stolen motorcycle, he took out his binoculars and looked at the distant Forest Park. He smiled to himself, this obvious ambush was simply a piece of cake for him. However, he also believed in the "Lion Hunting Rabbit" law, being cautious was the only reason he could survive until now.
He made a hat like a斗笠 with dry grass, took off the more eye-catching sportswear on his body, and put on a tattered and worn-out camouflage suit of a yellowish-green color. He quietly circled into the grass by the side of the road and disappeared in the blink of an eye.
"The target has not appeared yet." Liang Huanhuan lowered her voice and whispered into the walkie-talkie: "But I can feel that he's already here, Wang Jian! Prepare for battle."
Wang Jian responded with a sound, then walked to a conspicuous place, lit a cigarette and slowly smoked. The blue smoke was misty, on a windless day, it was especially clear, even without auxiliary facilities, it could be seen very clearly with the naked eye.
However, Wang Jian's seemingly relaxed body was in a tense state, like the preparatory movement of a cheetah before attacking. After all, the 600-meter range around him was under Liang Huanhuan's control, and beyond this distance, even if it was an anti-material sniper rifle, its flight time would be close to one second. One second was enough for Wang Jian to dodge the bullet. After all, the training of "bear piano" wasn't just for fun, and avoiding danger had become a kind of instinct for Wang Jian.
Absolute high-intensity focus is actually the most tiring, in less than a cigarette's worth of time, Wang Jian was already drenched in sweat, but he couldn't afford to relax for a single thread.
Just then, Wang Jian's instincts made his hair stand on end as he sensed the arrival of danger, feeling like he was being stared at by a pair of eyes. Just as he thought about making an evasive move, this feeling suddenly disappeared without warning... Meanwhile, on another mountain peak, Zhang Yun had just taken aim at Wang Jian's head with his sniper scope, but gave up after one-third of a second. Because even an amateur assassin could tell that Wang Jian was just a decoy, and from the perspective of experience, in the posture he was in earlier, even if he fired a bullet, it wasn't necessarily 100% guaranteed to hit, and would directly expose his own target.
He gripped his Scout Rifle tightly, now he had infiltrated to a place only two hundred meters away from Wang Jian. However, this distance was already the limit, because he knew that the opponent had a Liang Huanhuan, if he exposed himself as a target, unless he could kill with one shot, otherwise even if he was more formidable than Liang Huanhuan, he would still be blown away by a single shot. At this distance, as long as it was a professional sniper, the difference wouldn't be too great.
Because he is a sniper, he must first find out the position of the opponent's sniper before executing the next step of his plan. However, there is another player here who has always been his nightmare - Da Sheng. Da Sheng's short-range explosive power and mysterious unpredictable zigzag running style have always been his worst fear. If such an aggressive player rushes into a 50-meter distance, then... unless this world is the CS world where you can play with guns, being shot to pieces would be the inevitable result.
So now the situation is at least 3v1. Although he is the active party, he is also the most passive party at the same time.
However, he is a god of sniping, an unadulterated god of sniping. A god of sniping not only needs to have accurate marksmanship but also a grasp of the battlefield situation. Therefore, his first priority target for sniping is absolutely not Wang Jian.
"He's here." Wang Jian said in a low voice: "I'm facing twelve o'clock direction, he is at four thirty position."
Liang Huan didn't say a word and directly pointed the gun at that direction, but in the bushes, Dasheng suddenly said: "Huan, don't move!"
As expected, as soon as the words fell, a crisp "biu" sound came from Liang Huanhuan's walkie-talkie, and Dasheng listened to the sound of the small-caliber bullet hitting the target, which was a cold sweat.
"My god!"
Liang Huanhuan cursed, and then a rustling sound came from the headphones, probably the friction between leaves and twigs, very swift, and there was no painful cry or gasping sound in Liang Huanhuan's voice.
"I've been discovered, temporarily safe, relocating. Wang Jian!"
Her voice had just come, Wang Jian suddenly made a sideways somersault, letting a bullet brush past his temple, the scorching feeling made him break out in a cold sweat!
And after he landed, he shouted loudly into the earpiece: "Dasheng!"
As soon as he finished speaking, his explosive power burst out in an instant, at a speed that was almost superhuman, rushing towards the direction of the incoming bullet. In just a few seconds, he had already covered a distance of over 50 meters. As he ran, the sense of crisis in his heart returned, and his instincts made him drop to the ground instantly. Then, after a fraction of a second, Wang Jian rushed towards that direction again.
"Ah Jian! Don't!" The Great Sage stopped Wang Jian: "This is a trap!"
As expected, Xuan Yun revealed a ferocious smile as he watched Wang Jianpu rushing towards him from afar. At this moment, the distance between himself and the man in front of him was roughly one hundred and ten meters. Within this range, Xuan Yun had confidence that no matter how the man dodged, he could still shoot him straight in the chest.
"Hurray! What are you doing?"
A panicked voice came from the earpiece: "Lost the package! Wang Jian is blocking our view!"
The Great Sage slapped the ground with his hand and picked up Uzi, following closely behind Wang Jian as he rushed out.
In an instant, two people launched a surprise attack, making the sniper Cloud laugh and pull the trigger. This time, however, he aimed at the Great Sage.
Just as he was about to pull the trigger, he suddenly felt a blackness in front of his eyes, and a stone the size of a palm flew accurately towards him. He subconsciously dodged to one side, avoiding the stone.
He furrowed his brow, swung the muzzle of his gun and aimed at Wang Jian, who was still thirty meters away from him. He burst out laughing: "You're all going to..."
He hadn't finished speaking when he suddenly froze... because when Wang Jian was still twenty meters away, he suddenly jumped up like the Incredible Hulk... When a sniper is prone, any angle above 45 degrees can be called a dead angle. Even the most powerful sniper cannot have such a fast reaction speed to intercept the sudden attack from the upper side.
Zhan Yun was considered a master among snipers, and he quickly pulled out his pistol and fired three shots at Wang Jian. However, the three shots were hastily fired, and except for one bullet that grazed Wang Jian's armpit, narrowly missing him, the other two bullets didn't even touch Wang Jian's hair.
He saw that one strike was not enough, so he rolled on the ground. This roll directly caused Wang Jian's trampling attack to miss, and then he continued to roll several times, rolling to a blind spot at the top of the opposite mountain that couldn't be seen. He took out his pistol again, aiming at Wang Jian to shoot. But this time, Wang Jian, who had already landed, was holding a steel crossbow bolt on Xianyun's forehead, and the Great Sage rushed to the front immediately after Wang Jian arrived.
"Get out of the way! Let me blow his head off!" Liang Huan shouted into the walkie-talkie, "Move aside, you two bastards!"
Wang Jian and Dasheng exchanged a glance, simultaneously removing their earpieces. Then Dasheng patted Xiangyun's shoulder: "We meet again."
Zhan Yun smiled coldly and stood up: "I miscalculated, if I could have calculated that your bait also had such a strong explosive force, I would have pulled back another 200 meters."
"No, it's useless no matter how many meters you pull back." Wang Jian sighed: "Actually, I was intentionally blocking Liang Huanhuan's line of sight just now."
Zhan Yun and Da Sheng were both stunned, looking at Wang Jian with incredulous eyes.
Wang Jian didn't say a word, he just raised his arm and gave Xuan Yun a slap... "This slap is from Dawei and Huiming."
After finishing speaking, he picked up Xianyun and slapped her more than 160 times.
"This is in memory of heroes who bravely sacrificed themselves in national independence wars throughout the ages."
After finishing, Wang Jian let go of his hand and allowed Xian Yun to glare at him with a swollen cheek and a mouthful of blood, then slowly said:
"To be honest, I just want to beat you up. If you get blown away, I won't be able to catch up with you."
