It was presentation day in Cayde's class. Everyone was nervous, but excited too. Nyx went first, standing tall in front of the class.
"My plan to help Earth is simple," Nyx said, their skin flickering with confidence. "We should take over and run things our way. We're smarter, so humans should listen to us."
Nyx showed holographic pictures that made the class gasp. There were images of Earth's leaders in special bubbles, floating helplessly. Xyrillians sat in big offices, telling humans what to do. Cars disappeared from streets, replaced by Xyrillian floating pods.
"See? No more pollution!" Nyx said proudly. "And we'll make all humans eat healthy food, so they won't get sick."
The last picture showed smiling humans thanking Xyrillians for fixing everything.
Professor Zenn's skin rippled with concern. "Thank you, Nyx. That's... quite a plan. But remember, we can't force other beings to live how we want."

Then it was Cayde's turn. Their hearts were beating fast as they walked to the front of the class.
"My project is called 'How Special Energy Might Help a Planet'," Cayde began.
As Cayde talked about quantum harmonization and how it could gently help Earth without controlling humans, the class got very quiet. Even Professor Zenn leaned forward, looking interested.
When Cayde finished, everyone clapped. Professor Zenn's eyes were wide.
"That was... very impressive, Cayde," Professor Zenn said. "I'd like to talk more about this later."
After class, Cayde felt good. But then, near the end of the school day, they got a message to go to the Head Teacher's office.
Cayde's stomach felt funny as they walked there. "What did I do wrong?" they wondered. "Did I say too much in my presentation?"
When Cayde got to the office, they were surprised to see Dr. Lyra there too. Dr. Lyra didn't look angry, but Cayde still felt nervous.
"Cayde," the Head Teacher said, "we'd like to talk to you about your project..."
