─── Interim Report on Fehlerfreint Empire Operations ───
Date of Report: May 25, 2001
Cssification Level: Top Secret
Issuing Authority: [Unnamed Organization] (Freence Armed Humanitarian Agency)
Author/s: Erich Melchior (Reconnaissance) and Einn Mizrahi (Organization Head & Document Editor)
– Summary of Fehlerfreint Empire Colpse (1979–1985)
Date: November 11, 1979
Event/s: Fall of the Fehlerfreint Empire and the Central Realm coalition following the intervention of the United States of Dominaria in the conflict.
Outcome: The Empire was compelled to pay substantial war reparations, a demand that became financially untenable due to preexisting debts incurred by the previous Emperor.
Consequences: The Fehlerfreint Empire, the initial instigator of the war, experienced national humiliation, particurly given its entrenched racial supremacist ideology. The nation was pced under intense international scrutiny.
– Initiation of Cssified Human Experimentation Program
Date: Mid-1985
Event/s: Fehlerfreint Empire commenced covert rearmament efforts, establishing a cssified subdivision dedicated to human experimentation.
Objective: The aim was to replicate the abilities of the extinct vampire race, regarded as the most lethal and self-sufficient weapons in warfare, to develop a new breed of super soldiers.
Phase I of the rearmament was initiated under strict secrecy, allowing for the development of these super soldiers. Magic was no longer their only weapon—the experimentations were designed to create biologically superior forces.
– Organized Dispcement and Abduction
Date: 1985–1988
Incident: A series of coordinated attacks on rural vilges within the Empire’s countrysides, falsely attributed to “bandit raids,” served as cover for mass abductions. This MO allowed the Empire to remain undetected by both its citizens and neighboring nations.
Target: Primarily children were abducted, as they were considered more susceptible to manipution and psychological conditioning, ideal for developing loyal, unquestioning soldiers.
Purpose: The abducted children were subjected to experimentation aimed at replicating vampiric-like abilities, resulting in the Empire’s creation of a secret force of enhanced soldiers.
– Capture of “Subject: 4N9” (Shinku)
Date: 1993
Details: During a family vacation to a rural vilge, an attack left Shinku and his family as casualties. While the vilge was razed, Shinku was captured and taken to one of the Empire’s experimental facilities. This event remains well-concealed, with limited intelligence avaible beyond Shinku’s first-hand testimony.
– Conditions of Captivity (1993–1995)
Period: 1993–1995
Subject: Shinku, along with numerous other captives, including therianthropes, was subjected to inhumane conditions. Living conditions are “horrid beyond imagination. Death becomes a mercy,” according to Shinku.
Dehumanization: Captives were assigned code names based on a numerical system. Shinku’s code name, “S: 4N9,” transtes to “Subject: 4th, Number 9th.” The “4th” indicates the generation (division) which consists of a hundred subjects in total, making Shinku the 409th subject.
Experiments: Monthly selection of ten subjects for impntation of foreign material intended to induce vampiric abilities. Subjects endured brutal physical and magical tortures aimed at “awakening” the impntation in their hearts.
Survivor Data (Based on Shinku’s Testimony):
Notable Event: Shinku survived an electrocution-based experiment. Upon awakening his vampiric abilities, he was able to break free and wreak havoc within the facility, resulting in substantial damage.
Extra Notes: Shinku described the successful subjects, including himself, as “dead yet also alive,” referring to their hybrid state of existence post-experimentation.
– Commencement of Final Rearmament Phase
Date: March 16, 1995
Event/s: The Fehlerfreint Empire officially initiated the final phase of its rearmament program.
Key Development: Introduction of the “Kriegsmacher Batallion,” a specialized unit comprised of enhanced soldiers like Shinku, alongside highly trained sorcerer mages.
Additional Information:
Weapon Development: A new, as-yet-undisclosed weapon system was introduced, the very weapon responsible for decimating the Réseaux de Maréchaux defenses.
Weapon Characteristics: While precise specifications remain unknown. Intelligence reports have yet to determine its full capabilities.
– Abilities of Successful Test Subjects (Summary of Shinku’s Report)
1. Enhanced Strength: Physical power equivalent to ten men.
2. Regeneration: Ability to regenerate from severe injuries and rebuild body parts by utilizing either their own blood or oxygenated blood from their surroundings.
3. Vampiric Magic Access: Capable of utilizing magic spells historically linked to the extinct vampire race.
4. Enhanced Senses: Heightened sensory abilities, though not on par with therianthropes.
5. Reduced Sustenance Requirements: Subjects do not require food or blood for basic survival, though the feeling of hunger and thirst can still irritate them which can be satiated with nearly any digestible substance, including poisons.
6. Near Immortality: Subjects are immune to death by natural aging, conventional means, or suicide. Only other mages that can employ magic spells, particurly those capable of disintegration or complete destruction, can terminate them.
