The recess bell had rang and all the studeed their css. Julio met up with Nond, they walked together to the school yard then they sat down below a tree.
“How was math?” Nond asked.
“I don’t know. I almost fell asleep, I’m not good with math but at least I could keep up with it,” Julio replied.
“Oh yeah, I want to show you something,” said Nond, pulling out something from behind.
Nond showed Julio a ic book that he wao read together with him. Julio agreed to read as well. When they were about to read, some kids went to them and it wasn’t a friendly approach.
“Hey Juan Shakespeare, what do you have there with your little friend?” said the kid.
Julio hated that niame, he was never a fan of it. But Julio decided to ighem and just tinued reading with Nond while also telling him to ighem too. The kid named Donova offended, he forcefully took the ic which made the two furious.
“What the heck, Donovan?! Give it back!” said Nond, trying to reach his ic book.

“They started it!” Julio replied.
“How are you going to expin to the teachers and padre?” Sofia scolded. “Why ’t you just stop fighting childishly?”
“They were pig on us, you wouldn’t uand! Everyone here likes you just because you’re the pretty girl here even that Donovan seemed to have a crush on you!” said Julio, raising his voice. “He probably doesn’t know that you’re my sister.”
Julio calmed down and turo Nond, he said, “Sorry I got you into this, Nond.”
“It’s fihey were bullying us, so you did the right thing,” Nond replied.

Sofia sighed and said, “Let’s get you guys patched up. Wouldn’t want to see you guys like this, especially in front of your parents.”
Sofia brought Julio and Nond to the school nurse and had them patched up. The nurse wasn’t surprised to see them with injuries and already suspected them of being in a fight.
After school ended, Noelia went to pick up his children. His face was stuo see Julio. He ran up to Julio and said, “Did you have a fight again?”
Julio stood quietly embarrassed and didn’t want to admit it. Sofia took the initiative and said that Julio did it in self-defense from kids who were pig on him and his friend. Even though Sofia defended him, Noelia was still not pleased with it. As expected Julio was scolded by his grandmother.
“Anht? Julio! This is getting out of hand! What were you thinking?!” Rosa asked.
“The bullies started it! They were pig on us, I had to beat them up!” Julio replied.
“Julio…violence doesn’t solve anything, you should rethink your behavior,” Rosa scolded.
“It was to defend my friend!” said Julio.
“Julio, that’s enough!” said Rosa, raising her voice.
“Alright fine…” said Julio, accepting his fate.
Julio went into his room, he stared at the wall pting on himself. He kept asking himself why he always gets into fights. He didn’t want to but the situation made him forced to fight. He heard his elder sister knog on the door.
