Xania’s eyes scan the soldiers as they prepare to barrage the walls with boulders and arrows, this time added with a tinge of divinity as Xania noticed a person dressed in mostly red-coloured garments, adorned with gold decorations around the sleeves, collars, and buttons whilst commanding the soldiers to attack, identifying him as an important person.
“There,” Xania said, pointing to the conspicuously dressed individual, receiving a nod as confirmation for her to attack.
Xania immediately started barraging the incoming soldiers and boulders while shielding the arrows, “Would be a shame if the walls had arrows sticking out of them, it's such a pain to remove them all,” Xania said, sending attacks at the archers as they tried to shield themselves with a pathetic amount of divinity, barely managing to hold out so as Xania quickly started to send more attacks, each attack stronger than the last, quickly breaking through their shields and incapacitating some of them while only injuring the rest.
“Dammit, they have some protection on their bodies too,” Xania said, shooting down another wave of boulders and blocking another wave of arrows, this wave of arrows being much smaller and weaker.
“Honestly, divinity would allow me to so easily pierce through them but Anise would probably scold me for being impatient and not being cautious, which while I understand, is honestly going to take more time compared to being patient,” Xania said, sending random attacks at the soldiers and siege equipment.
“Their shield is gonna break eventually,” Xania said, turning back to Anise who was glaring at her due to not properly fighting.
“Fine!” Xania shouted, deciding to target the 100 or so heroes to affect their usage of divinity before targeting their mages after failing to attack their heroes who are all grouped together, all combining their divinity to make a stronger shield, one unable to be too easily broken by Xania.
Xania quickly teleported back to Anise, wanting her advice so she wouldn’t get scolded for doing something stupid later. “Anise, advice, please?”
“Just use divinity,” Ansie said, surprising and confusing Xania slightly since Anise always insisted on not wasting divinity.
Seeing Xania’s confused and surprised face, Anise let out a small sigh, “My lord, right now they can use divinity, defend against us, and hurt us, we have no clue what else they may be able to do so let's just be cautious,” Anise said, sighing as she does so not having expected this at all.
“Sure,” Xania replied, preparing more attacks before infusing them with divinity and sending them, easily shredding their shields and killing the archers.
“My lord, isn't it supposed to turn cyan? Why didn't you make it turn cyan, it's stronger the more cyan it is,” Anise said, blaming Xania's lack of patience.

“Hey, turning it cyan takes a lot of concentration to properly mix it alright? We're currently fighting. Do you think we have the time for that?” Xania said, annoyed with Anise before sending more attacks infused with divinity they took down the siege weapons but failed to take down the mages as the heroes stopped the attack with a shield.
“Those hundred+ morons are so troublesome to deal with,” Xania muttered, sending more attacks as the shield slowly began to crack.
“Finally some reaction!” Xania shouted, irritated at her time being wasted.
An attack filled with divinity and holy magic suddenly flew at Xania as Anise blocked it.
“My lord, you ought to be careful,” Anise said with concern, not bothering to scold Xania as she blocked more attacks.
“Sorry…” Xania said, apologetic for making Anise concerned for her.
“It's their fault okay?” Xania said, pointing at the group of heroes who were still hiding under their cracked shield and unable to proceed due to needing to recover.
“Just be careful,” Anise said, no longer concerned but simply annoyed.
“Got it!” Xania said, quickly sending more attacks at them, wanting to kill them before Anise got annoyed enough to scold her.
Xania kept sending attacks as the shield eventually broke, allowing Xania to finally hurt the heroes. Xania watched gleefully and oddly joyfully, making Anise wonder if Xania was secretly sadistic.
“My lord, stop wasting your divinity,” Anise said, trying to pull Xania away.
“Why? You’re the one who allowed me to do this,” Xania, annoyed due to wanting to vent her annoyance out on the causes of it—the now half-dead heroes.
“My lord, watch out, there's another person coming, I believe it’s one of the older heroes who killed the last demon lord, They’re also definitely much stronger than the last demon lord so I suspect they somehow gained more divinity too,” Anise said, pointing towards a figure in the distance clad in full armor with a sword brimming with divinity along with a mixture of holy magic.
“What the hell? I don’t care how strong he thinks he is, is he just coming to commit suicide?” Xania said, annoyed as she ignored the hero, finishing off the weaker heroes as the hero in full armor reached her.
Standing in the middle of the corpses of the other much weaker heroes, the hero in full armor sighs before muttering to themself barely loud enough for Xania and Anise to recognize their voice, recognizing it to be feminine, a massive contrast to her appearance. “I already knew they couldn’t do anything. How pathetic.”
“I suppose those are her last words,” Xania muttered to Anise, not bothering to taunt the hero as she sent an attack strong enough to be comparable to a mini earthquake at her.
As the attack reached the hero, Xania let down her guard, “Well, guess it’s over now,” She said to Anise before she turned away but immediately turned back to the hero as she felt a massive wave of mana and a decent bit of divinity traveling towards her at great speed, finding a massive wave of mana with divinity about to hit her and Anise as she raised her hand at it and conjured a shield made with mana only due to wanting to converse her divinity.
“My lord! Do you need assistance?!” Anise shouted, watching as the shield slowly cracked.
“Use divinity!” Anise shouted again, causing Xania to do so immediately as the attack ended, clearing up their view as Xania removed the shield and watched as the hero sent another, Xania sending one of her own with her as she equipped her scythe from her bracelet.
“No way you think I’m a goddamn ragdoll,” Xania muttered softly, irritated as some bloodlust leaked out, the two attacks colliding and canceling each other out with an explosion.
Xania and Anise, both still hovering in the air, watching as the hero prepared another attack, enticing them to do the same.
“You’re dead,” Xania said as she and Anise sent the attack as the hero did the same.
