A dutiful young sea cadet arrives at the port of Arendelle as a part of the Exploration Corps. The visit permits him to make an acquaintance of little Princess Anna and later Elsa. On winning the trust of the king and queen, Anna asks him to make a promise: one that would change his life forever. The journey takes a different turn when things work out between the Duke of Weselton and Prince Hans; Arendelle could fall into their hands. Elsa is still getting used to being queen. How will this change how she learns about her powers; if she ever does?
