A young man who is struggling to get by on the fringes of society as a computer hacker believes he has stumbled upon a score that will change his life. Instead, he finds himself being pursued by those he has robbed. Only his strange premonitions keep him alive as his troubles gradually draw in the people around him. This novel is an action thriller that incorporates a single fantasy/supernatural element over which the protagonist has limited or no control. It contains strong themes of violence, and some characters have traumatic backgrounds, which are hinted at and occasionally described.
