  One each, just a small downgrade from 3.5 to 3 chpts per week.

  Give me around 3-4 months and I can increase it back to 3.5 chpts per week(hopefully)

  Give me 7-8 months and I can TEMPORARILY increase it to 5-6 week or 2 weeksish(hopefully)
